Celyn pulled herself closer to him, her body moving on its own accord and her mind had completely shut down. There was no point in thinking, in ruining such moment. For all she knew, this would be a onetime thing, but why think about it?
The feeling of his hand on her waist did not go unnoticed, and yet she welcomed it. Her own hand moved up his chest to the side of his neck, thumb pressed gently to his jaw. His facial structure to her was appealing. Yes, some would say he looked somewhat feminine, but she could care less. To her, he was to say the least beautiful. There was no denial that his facial structure would make many girls jealous, and yet it still retained a masculinity that appealed.
Celyn embarked on the newfound adventure with her hands, trailing up his jaw to his temple. Then slowly into his hair, her fingers did not entangle within his hair, but rather she ran her fingers gently through it, it was so soft and yet it still had this odd tendency to defy gravity. Unlike her own which was so soft it just fell flat down, not that she complained she rather liked her own hair.

Lyric wanted to keep going, no thoughts of slowing or waiting for anything. She felt nice in his arms and against his palms, and that was all that occurred to his hazy mind. His hands moved over her and the kiss deepened as much as she'd allow, as much as she'd take before she stopped him. Not that it occurred to him that she might stop him; this was a party, and if things happened, they happened, right?
((He'll just keep going like the Energizer Bunny if you let him.))

Her body moved closer to his, lips parting allowing the kiss to deepen. There wasn't a care in the world nor a want to stop. They were in a safe territory and that was all that mattered to her. Her fingers began to roam, stopping just at his shoulders then slowly moving down his back. If it wasn't for the fact that her other hand was supporting her, she would have probably completely been pressed against him. Pulling back only for air, her eyes stayed shut her breathing heavy. Lips brushed against his jaw, trailing kisses up his jaw then slowly moving down his neck. What was she doing? Her mind was not fighting, her body was winning out this time. To hell with thinking, actions were far better than words and thinking in these moments. ((Fun!))

Lyric wasn't aware of where they were anymore, lying of the floor of a room blaring music, hardly concealed from the open door by scattered pieces of furniture. He could have been anywhere, at any time, with anyone, as long as it felt like this. He took more whenever the whim struck him, moving over her, moving his hands wherever they wanted to go, and finally reaching for the edges of her clothes with no intention of stopping.

The shift of their bodies only excited her. Her heart pounding in her chest, lips moving back to his own, her kiss much deeper, more passionate than the first. Her mind was slowly coming to life, but only telling her that it was alright, that they were safe. Yet, the feeling of his hands set off alarms in her head, telling her that this was going too far.
Celyn abruptly pulled back, her hands moved from his back to his hands, halting them. She wouldn't allow things to go that far. Sure, they had fun and the kiss was well worth it, but that step was not something she was willing to take, especially with someone who she had only recently been able to really get to know- she was unaware of his 'influences'. Celyn parted her lips to speak, but no words came out, instead she looked up at him hand both stopping his own from proceeding any farther.

Lyric was more confused than discouraged, and his wide-pupiled eyes blinked down at the girl. "What?" he asked breathlessly. In his admittedly brief experience, he'd never been stopped and wasn't at all sure why someone would want to. He had no concept of waiting, and even less of restraint in a party setting, whether there were two people or two hundred.

What was she supposed to answer with? She searched his eyes, as if only by that she would be able to understand where he was going with all this. Yet the dialated pupils only confused her even more. Her mind started to flick back and forth through multiple scenarios. First he's cold, then a complete fun loving child and now this.... It was only at that moment did she actually allow her mind to work furiously, analyzing the situation. Once more Celyn parted her lips to speak, this time forcing her voice to come through. "Is this the real you?" she asked him, slightly skeptical, it still didn't add up and yet she was determined to believe that something was off, but what?

Lyric blinked, and after a moment his lips curved into an unselfconscious smile. "Yeah," he said, "This is me." His smile faltered at the way she looked at him, but he didn't want to be upset, he wanted to hold onto the good feelings. "We were having fun, right?" he asked. They were still laying together, she hadn't left. His smile grew hopeful.

She could believe it, but there was still a part of her that was saying something was off. Her eyes searched once more, unable to speak. This wasn’t natural…
Still, she wasn’t completely satisfied; she felt it necessary to press on. “Why were you so different before?” if he was this fun loving she would have noticed the first time, and if he was having a bad day, then it couldn’t have just been a coincidence that both times he was being cold. She felt it necessary to make her point obvious; she wanted to know why he had changed so drastically. “This may be you, but there is something else that you’re not telling me.”

Lyric's smile faded as he realized that he had met this girl before, though he still couldn't place her. It was like when he'd met Quinn and she'd already known his name and house, but she hadn't even been familiar. He knew he was having memory blocks, but just then, he wished he could remember.
"There's nothing, I'm fine," he said, suddenly shying away from eye contact. He tensed a moment, then moved away from the girl, his hand curving over the arm of the nearest chair for a boost to get to his feet. "I just wanted to have fun today, that's it."

Another shift, it was as if his mood was all over the place. Which one was him? “If this is you, then who was that other guy I met? The one who ran away from a painting?” his shift made her raise a brow, it had dawned on her what was going on. Pushing herself up with her elbows, she brought one hand up to brush her hair down.
Celyn had to keep her head straight, she had to say the right words, or at least try. The last thing she wanted was for all of this to end bitterly. “As did I, but there are other ways to go about having fun.” [/b] as proven earlier. Sure the heated kiss was, fun, but beyond that was not something she was willing to get into. What was more baffling to Celyn was the fact that he acted like she was a mere stranger, did he even remember her name?[/blockquote]

"I didn't run away," Lyric said. He picked up the sheer canopy he'd dropped earlier and wrapped it around his shoulders, trying to hold onto the feeling. What was it she thought he'd run away from? He turned toward the bed and started a meandering path back around it and toward his boots.
Ran away from a painting. He only vaguely remembered, like a bad dream in the light of morning. "I had better things to do. I just walked you to that room." And something about the painting had set him off. It was too personal, so he'd left to distract himself.

Her eyes followed him; she too began to slowly stand up, fixing her shirt while dusting off the thigh of her jeans. The canopy seemed to be a symbol to him, for her it was just an object of amusement. “And I thank you for that, but…” she wracked through her brain, thoughts racing. “Would you at least explain what all of this was? Letting lose? A momentary high? Do things usually just end?” [/b] she never lived expecting much from others, but would it be so bad to have a friend. A person that she could actual be a child with and have fun no matter how messed up or crazy she looked. Her mind in the beginning had gone to Silver, but she had overwhelmed him; her personality at complete odds with his. She was blunt, he was shy, besides, he seemed to be more interested in bookworms and study freaks, and everything she wasn’t. With Trent, she was a child and that was all. She wasn’t expecting a relationship out of this, she doubted that a kiss no matter how passionate could mean coupling with that person, but she wouldn’t mind at least having a friend. She could just tell herself that the kiss with Trent was just an adrenaline rush.[/blockquote]

"All parties have to end," Lyric said. He didn't want it to end, though. He could still feel it in his veins, and so he smiled. He spread out his arms, holding the edges of that sheer cloth in curled hands and turned, spinning slowly just beside the foot of the bed. "It doesn't have to end now, does it?" He looked at her, trying to place her face, and though she was familiar now, he couldn't remember enough. "We had fun," he said, smiling with encouragement. "Let's keep having fun!" It was too soon to stop!

There was a smile, no matter how small it was it was still there. She didn’t want the fun to end, but there was a time when she knew the fun had to end. “Trent , I want to have fun, but how can I when. I don’t know who you are?” it was simple and she didn’t feel like she had to say anymore. Instead she edged closer, trying to smile, but her face displayed how confused she was feeling.
