Would she know if he did, Quinn wondered? "He had his camera with him on the tower. He took a picture of me after he got down. I don't know about anything other than that." They'd only met a handful of times, though she would like to see him more, he simply wasn't around campus. Or if he was apparently he was hiding in places like the Shrieking Shack or the Astronomy Tower. She had a feeling though that Lyric didn't use it, just an impression she had gotten.

"The last night we were together he took a lot of pictures," Jory said. "He acted happy." Of course, he had been drunk, well....high? He hadn't been sober, that was for sure. But Lyric had been happy that day, too, or at least, as happy as Jory had seen him. "I can't think of anything else." He didn't know what made Lyric happy, they had never gotten to know each other really well.

Quinn thought about the way that Lyric had covered that camera, acting as though his life depended on keeping it safe. "I don't think he uses it anymore, although when I told him that I would take it if he didn't want it, he got very possessive." Who knew what that meant, she couldn't see the camera doing much to keep Lyric off of the drugs. "Maybe we could ask for lessons, or something." It was an idea, maybe not the best, she did have others floating around, but was to frazzled to let anything truly stick.

"The camera means a lot to him. On his birthday he let me use it, then he said he had to go do some stuff. When I asked him if he wanted me to take it back to the dorm and put it on his bed he wouldn't let me and took it back." That had been a fun day, but Jory didn't think anything similar would happen again. He didn't know how to use it to their advantage, either. "Dunno why he'd stop using it."

Quinn shrugged, "He didn't tell me." She looked down at the marble again, "when I talk to him, I usually start a conversation, and then follow his leads. Let him decide what he's comfortable talking about. Maybe if we start talking to him, he'll say something that we can grab onto." For her talking to him was instinctual, she didn't want to plan what to say, not when she had to follow where he led. It was the only way to keep him sane sometimes.

It sounded like that was about all that they could do. "I guess we just talk to him, then." Jory had no idea how he was going to start talking to Lyric again, though he would try. He also didn't know how he and Quinn would ever be able to work together. "If I talk to him...I'll try to tell you." Maybe he could get away from her now, he needed to think.

Quinn nodded, "that sounds like the best plan." Talking to him together might have been a good thing for Quinn, but on the other hand, talking to him alone she knew she could handle. Never having seen them together before, she didn't know what to expect of Jory and Lyric together, knew however that she was pretty sure something bad had happened, a falling out. The only hope in her mind was that she didn't crash and burn with that much eloquence.

Jory nodded, feeling immediately awkward now that some form of a plan had come to them. It wasn't much, but at least it was something. "Then....I guess I'll see you later." He hovered for a few more seconds before he turned to leave. He didn't know where to find Lyric, he didn't know what to say when he managed to find him, but he knew that staying with Quinn wouldn't help him figure anything out.
