Entering the shop, Eirene had finally found a place worth looking out. Despite the place not being grandoise, it was well stcoked. She started towards the diamonds, turning her head to make sure Lucretia was following. Today she wanted to go full out, buy whatever jewlery that caught her eyes, and buy some for her daughter, however their tastes were completly different.

Lucretia followed her mother, glaring at the back of her head, when her mother turned to look, her face instantly changed to a small smile, sickly sweet. Watching her mother go towards the diamonds she herself went to the opposite end, not wanting to be anywhere near the women, it was hard enough having to see her everyday, let alone be near her. She looked around searching for Emilian with a small smirk on her lips

Emilian looked up and saw Lucretia, along with an older woman that could have been related to her. He didn't recognize the woman and the site of someone older than himself brought back the previous morning's memories, ones that had haunted him the entire day and through much of the night, until he had finally fell into an exhausted sleep lasting but a couple of hours. It showed some in his face, but not enough to be immediately evident. He walked over to Lucretia, "It's been a while," he said.

Eirene turned to the voice of the young man; he seemed to know her daughter. Remembering from the daily prophet he must have been Emilian everyone was talking about. She looked him up and down. He seemed of pureblood, but she didn't know him so couldn't judge.

Lucretia watched her mother from the corner of her eye, and mentally cursed, so it was going to be on of those days. She turned her full attention to Emilian, ignoring her mother completely.
"Well the last time I saw you, wasn't exactly pleasant." she said in reference to her Hospital Wing visit. Her eyes darted around the store, she wouldn't have expected this from him.

Emilian glanced over at the woman, and would have given her a smile if he had been in a better mood. "I remember," he said, bringing a scarred hand up to his neck. "Who's she?" he asked, using his eyes to gesture over to the woman. He didn't like her looking at him, it just brought back more sensations that he really didn't care to remember.

Eirene turned for the two, looking at a few necklace displays. She looked at a heavy one, it was nice, but wouldn’t suit her at all. Turning to the young man she beckoned for him to come, wanting to see what his opinion of it was. “Could you tell me your honest opinion on this one?” she asked, looking at the necklace with its matching earrings. She knew it would look wrong on her. Her neck structure just wouldn’t work, simpler things looked nicer on her, but she wanted to test the young, to see if he actually knew what he was doing.

Lucretia rolled her eyes; her mother was an odd one, knowing that she didn’t like it very much. She wrinkled up her nose at Emilian question, not wanting to answer.
“My mother.” she said reluctantly under her voice, it wasn’t pleasant knowing that her mother was here, in the small space, she could over hear anything they said.

Emilian managed a small "ah" of recognition before being called over to look at something. "It's very nice," he said, looking down at one of the more expensive sets, then looking up at the woman. "But it wouldn't fit you. This one," he took a step over to one with a similar design. Instead of a netting type work, it had thin chains of small diamonds hanging from a slightly thinner choker than the one she had been looking at, "Would fit you better."

Her lips curved in a small smile. She liked the one he showed her much better; she was very pleased by his tastes. She turned towards her daughter with a raised brow, knowing full well she would get the message. "I like that one, I would like to take it." she said looking around, she wouldn't just walk off with one necklace, seeing as she was already here she might as well take another."That one is also very nice." she said looking at a very simple silver one, it would be somethign she would wear at a small gathering, and worked well with alot of her robe, it was very pretty, escpecially the garnet on it.

A frusterated sigh escaped her lips, she knew full well that she would talk to her about proper suitors once they got home. Lucretia turned towards a small collection of chokers. They were very elegant, Gothic Lolita in a sense. Lucretia found one choker that caught her eye, one her mother would never buy her because of the dominating shade of black it had. It was floral laced, with a black onyx in the center. She would have to buy that off him while her mother wasn't looking, she was going to get it whether she liked it or not.

Emilian bowed his head slightly at the woman's choice, "Yes, ma'am." He reached unlocked the case and reached in, pulling out the bust itself so the necklace wouldn't get tangled by picking it up to transfer it to a box. He locked it back and went over to take the other one that she had chosen, "The earrings, as well?" he asked, gesturing back to the bust. His eyes flickered over to Lucretia, noting what she was looking at but keeping quiet, it was nearly tangible that she didn't want her mother to know what she was looking at.

She nodded her head, now she was very pleased with him, maybe even better than some of the others back home. "Yes that would be nice." she said with a small smile, she gave her daughter a quick glance, not paying attention to the display the girl was looking at. "How much will that be?" she asked him pulling out a small velvet pouch of coins.

Lucretia didn't pay attention to the other two, she was too engrossed in the small display of Victorian chokers to notice. Whatever her mother was saying sounded like she hasn't been disappointed, which was a rarity, as she tended to be very picky when it came to what she wanted.

"The set is 950 and the single necklace is 550, together it comes to 1500," he said, pulling out the proper boxes for them. The box for the set was a square so that the necklace could be lay out a little to avoid the strands getting tangled and had places in the center to attach the earrings. The other was a simple necklace box. Emilian set the jewelry in its place and stacked the two boxes up to carry over to the register.
