Aubergine grinned over at Wynne. "Come on, it'll be fun, we won't take no for an answer. I have to change if we're going to do this, but meet you guys at the main door?" She gently nudged Wynne. "I'll write you an excuse slip for Dare if you need it."

"Oh, fine, I'll go," Wynne said, sighing heavily, though she smiled. She supposed it wouldn't be too bad, and maybe it would be nice to go out and build some more relationships. What on earth did someone wear to go out for drinks with friends? She certainly wouldn't mimic what Dare and Michael wore.
