"Skylar would probably be easy," Abi said, then blushed again at how open she was being. Still, it was probably true. "He seems like the Wham, bam, thank you ma'am type, though. I'd probably be better off going to London." And yet, if there was anyone around likely to appreciate her, ahem, open side, it might be him. "This is ridiculous, I feel like a teenager!" Except that she'd been a virgin then...

"You are never too old to talk about guys," Aubergine claimed. "My gran did up her makeup when she was at St. Mungo's whenever she knew the healer was coming in, 'cause he was a looker. And hey, sometimes you need wham, bam, thank you ma'am." She grinned and nudged her companion. It wasn't like she'd never had a one night stand or two.

Wynne didn't have a lot of time off, but with both Dare and Michael in the tower and the elf on duty, it was easy to slip out for a few hours every now and again. Besides, Dare had always enforced the idea of her having time to herself. A trip to Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley had seemed a wonderful way to spend the spare time. What she hadn't expected was to run into a pair of women, one she hadn't even met. She had to admit it was nice to see someone new.
"Hello, Abi," she said, coming to a stop next to the two and smiling at the healer. Then she turned her gaze to the other woman. That the woman was dressed for the quidditch pitch did little to give Wynne pause, considering her employers and the others who worked in the school. Like Skylar. "I don't believe we've met, I'm Wynne."

"Oh yes, Wynne, this is the new Quidditch coach, Aubergine. Aubergine, Wynne works with Dare's children, she's really very good." Or so Abi had heard. She tended to believe what Dare and Michael said. They were very honest. Sometimes too honest.

"Nice to meet you," Aubergine said, grinning. "I just met Dare, he seems like a good guy. Then Abi showed up and we started talking about all of the good looking men that apparently work here." She looked curiously at the newcomer, wondering what she would have to add to the conversation.

"Oh, well, now that is certainly an interesting conversation to be having," Wynne said, smiling and hoping that any red appearing in her skin was ignored by the others. "I haven't been around most of the staff here. I have met Skylar, since he is a friend of Michael's, but that's about it." And what an interesting meeting it had been. Thinking about it, sent the flush of her skin spreading up toward her ears.

Abi was blushing over Aubergine's confession. Yes, they'd been talking about good-looking men, but she had a reputation to keep. Or she had. Now that Wynne knew, Abi supposed it didn't make much difference. "We were talking about Skylar," she said. "And well, and whether it would be worth pursuing... anything. It's really not much fun if a man just uses you and leaves!"

"What's he look like, anyway? I mean if he looks good and is good, I might be willing to overlook the whole bad news thing for a night or two," Aubergine said. She wondered if he fit the typical bad boy image, but from what she knew of Death Eaters, they were a little all over the place.

"He's, ah, taller than me, with quite a few body modifications," Wynne said, reaching up to tuck a lock of hair behind her ear. The motion gave her something to focus on as she answered the question, though quite a large part of her felt she would be better off running away from the conversation. "Dark hair, blue eyes." She cleared her throat and folded her hands together in front of her.

"He is quite attractive," Abi said. She could see how nervous Wynne seemed, and attributed it to a crush of sorts. "There's nothing wrong with finding a bad boy type... hard to resist," she assured the woman. "They are rather exciting! You've probably seen more of him than I have. He's only ever come into the Hospital Wing when his daughter was ill."

"Oh, not that much of him," Wynne said, smiling and shaking her head. "He usually disappears up the tower to talk with Michael. We've spoken a couple of times when Michael was unavailable, he's an interesting sort." Interesting was putting it lightly, but it would be rude to remove herself from the conversation so soon.

"How interesting?" Aubergine asked, tilting her head curiously. "If he's always in and out of the tower, maybe you should give him a move or two." She had the feeling there was something Wynn wasn't saying, though she wouldn't try to force it. Well, at least not yet.

Abi giggled, familiar with the direction Aubergine was going. "It's not ladylike to talk about men like this, but you know they all talk about women." She blushed lightly. "Earlier, Aubergine was well, almost daring me to try to get someone in bed. We were discussing who would be the most likely male to pursue!"

Aubergine laughed and shook her head. "I'm ladylike where it counts," she said. "If men can dish it, then so can we. Maybe I'll even ogle one of them at dinner. I might leave Skylar to Wynne, though, since she's already got a leg up." So to speak. It looked like she was unlikely to make her way onto the pitch, but this was a tad more interesting. There was always tomorrow.

Wynne blushed all the more fiercely at that and glanced away. "Well, I don't know much about all of that," she claimed. It was true, at least. She really did only have a little bit of experience. Granted...it was mostly with Skylar. "I'm sure Skylar wouldn't be interested in much more from me, anyway. I mean, because he is friends with my employer, you know."
