"Did she kiss you back?" Mari asked, continuing on in his repetition of the questions Castiel had asked him. The question wasn't as important in this instance, but Mari just had to know how far it had gone. He knew how much fun flirting could be if the other person was a good match. "I mean, was it like a kiss or was it like a kiss?" he asked, putting particular emphasis on the second option.

Castiel had given a little nervous laugh at the first question, because yes, she had most definitely kissed him back. He glanced around to make sure no one was looking, then reached up to tug a little at his collar, exposing part of the mark there. He let go, smoothed it back into place, then looked at Marius again.
"It was a kiss, and she let me touch her... pretty much everywhere except here and here," he said, gesturing the way Mari had. "I had her pinned against a wall, I don't know what I was doing!" Well, he did, but he meant in an overarching sense.

Mari looked at his friend in silent wonder for some moments before he managed to speak again. "So what are you gonna do? I mean, are you gonna tell Cheyenne?" It sounded like it had been a really hot kiss, probably hotter than the one he had had, but considering who his had been with he wasn't about to start complaining about not being pushed up against a wall.

"I don't know!" Castiel whispered. If he didn't, she'd never know, right? Unless it got into Cauldron somehow, but he couldn't imagine that he'd ever make it into a magazine. "If I tell her she'll dump me, and I don't want her to dump me, and I don't want to dump her." He gave a nervous little wiggle in his seat, then blinked when he caught something out of the corner of his eye.
"There, look, that Gryffindor girl with the skateboard—Don't stare, I don't want her to know I told!" Maybe Mari would understand his confusion a little better when he actually saw her.

"Oh, she's pretty," Mari said. His eyes hovered on her for just a second and he looked away before she noticed. "Well, would you wanna know? I mean, if Cheyenne did something?" It would be better to tell her, right? To just be honest and out with it? He didn't know, he'd never been in the situation, but he didn't think he'd want to be with someone that hid something.

Castiel was still a moment, looking blankly at Marius before finally shaking his head. "No, no I wouldn't want to know, I don't want her to know, I can pretend she only wants me, and I'll have to send her a really good letter next time. I'll get Indigo's autograph for her, I don't know.
"And yes, that girl is pretty, but she's a skater, and she wasn't even into me until we started flirting." So why had he started flirting with her in the first place? "She just had to tell me she wants to be a model!"

"Really?" Mari asked, momentarily forgetting to keep his voice low. He immediately dropped it again. "Are you gonna stay away from her, then?" If Castiel wasn't going to tell Cheyenne, then the least he could do was not go off kissing other girls again. "I mean...it wouldn't be cool to go kissing her again, you know?"

Castiel grimaced. It really wouldn't, especially if he was as sorry as he thought he was. He shook his head. "I'll try to stay away from her," he said, unsure even as the words came out. He gave a bit of potato on his plate an especially fierce jab with his fork, then looked aside at Marius. Maybe if they made out, he'd have an easier time.
"You and me have to make out later," he decided. "If you're not like, with Indigo. You're not, are you?"

Mari scoffed lightly and shook his head, "No, but you're with Cheyenne." They hadn't made out since Castiel and Cheyenne had gone official, however fun it had been when they had. He wasn't going to contribute to his friend cheating. He looked over at Castiel and smiled. "Sorry, but you know? I like Cheyenne, I think she's cool."

"She didn't mind when we made out," Castiel said. "It's better than ending up with some random girl. I'll ask her if she's okay with it as long as I send a picture." It wasn't the same with Marius, and Mari knew it. Unless he was trying to get rid of him. Castiel looked aside at Mari, more than a little worried. If Mari was fine without him, then where would he be?

"That was before you two started dating," Mari pointed out. "But if she doesn't care then sure." He looked up after speaking and his eyebrows creased at the worry he saw there. "I like you, and you like her, I just don't wanna do anything that'll mess it up, you know?" He put his arms around Castiel and grinned. "Besides, if she says yeah, then it'll be totally hot taking pictures."

That pulled an unwilling grin from Castiel, who returned Mari's hug with a tight one of his own. "I knew there was a reason I came with you," he teased, and pressed a couple light kisses to Mari's mouth that even Cheyenne wouldn't have gotten upset over.
"So what are you going to do next time you see... you know," Castiel asked. Mari had said Indigo had needed time to think, hadn't he?

Mari shrugged and pulled back from Castiel again. His lips were curved into a grin as thoughts of the previous night came back. "I dunno, he left some stuff in the common room and I have it, so I need to give that to him. I just hope he doesn't freak and not wanna see me anymore." The last he admitted more to the sausage and potatoes on his plate than to Castiel, and his brow crinkled with brief worry.

"I thought he was straight, but now I'm thinking, has he ever even kissed someone before?" Indigo had been so shy, and if the guy had that much trouble even talking to a girl, what were the chances he'd ever done anything with one? It was something Castiel never would have guessed from that gorgeous and sultry-looking picture in the magazine.

"Yeah, one girl in a snowstorm, I think he said. He said she never talked to him after, which is super lame. I mean, what's wrong with her?" It wasn't like Indigo was a bad kisser, and even if he was he could be taught, right? Mari shook his head a little at the thought of ignoring Indigo after that kiss. "I told him I'd kissed a couple of guys once, but I kept up with them and stuff."
