Evan was still somehow laughing through all the intake of air she was needing for running, she felt a sharp pain in her side but she kept going. "Bring it!" she shouted, Evan wasnt sporty in any way but she could run. She heard Pansy come up behind her, they were equal and as they neared she noticed Pansy slow down slightly. Shes defianlly letting me win she thought. Their heavy foot steps echoed the empty front hall. Evan got to the door first, she didnt slow down quick enough and ended up banging into the door. "Ouch!!" Evan cried rubbing her shoulders, "Ahoo! Ahoo" she jumped up and down on the spot in pain.

Pansy heard the huge BANG! she giggled slightly, "Damn, are you okay?" Breathing deeply she leaned against a wall and watched Evan jump around like a mad woman. This was comical to watch for Pansy, she just had to laugh out loud. She grabbed her side because it hurt when she laughed, she needed to breath but she couldnt inhale enough to do her.

"Ahow! No not really!" Evan cried, she felt her eyes well up, "Gosh!" Evan had stopped jumping around like a maniac and had leaned with her back against the wall breathing deeply. She rubbed her shoulder and closed her eyes, "Damn that hurt." Evan burst into laughter, she just realized what that would have looked to Pansy. "I feel like such a fool" she said through her laughs.

Catching her breath Pansy "Im so sorry Evan, I just... I couldnt..." she couldnt finish what she had to say. Pansy had never laughed so much in ages. She inhaled and calmed down, Pansy walked over to Evan and stood beside her. "You are a fool!" she giggled, "are you okay?" she placed her hand on her hurt shoulder and placed her other hand on Evans hand that was holding her own shoulder. She looked at Evan she still had her eyes closed.

Evan felt Pansy's touch on her shoulder, she didnt flinch at Pansy's gentle touch. She opened her eyes and turned to look at Pansy, smiling she said, "yeah I'm fine now." She was at ease with herself when she was with Pansy. "Im still hungry though." she laughed, she held onto Pansy's hand and pushed the door to the Great Hall.
