Dominic sat in the back of the bar, a near empty bottle of elf-made wine in his hands. The tendency for drinking ran in his family and he had the unfortunate habit of falling into it whenever things got rough. His eyes were bloodshot and his hair wasn't the clean black he usually kept it. Tifa had gone, and that was it, he really didn't know what to do. So he took another sip of the wine and hunched farther into his chair.

Feelign rather happy about her conversation with Dru and Lafra, Storm entered the hogs head ordering a butterbeer and sitting down at an empty table, she turned her head to see someone, who didn't seem to be in the best mood.
"Are you alright?" she asked him, somethign quite unlike herself..

Dominic looked up at the girl, she was slightly blurry to him and he blinked to clear his vision, her words taking a second to sink in. He raised an eyebrow and sneered, "Do I look like I'm alright?" he asked.

Eyes narrowed glared at him, agrivated he would use that tone on her, when she was trying to be nice.
"Watch your tongue Gryffindork, I wasn't the one to bring upon your problems, show respect to others." she gritted her teeth and huffed.
"Are you going to mope all day, or are you going to be a man and do something?" she was biting down on her tongue, holding back the profanities dying to slip out.

Dominic grinned and took another sip, "I'm fine as I am, Slytherin, thank you very much," he said, staring at her. A part of him hated the way he reacted to things, but the drunken part pushed the smaller conscience to the back of his mind, but not before it flickered in his eyes.

She rolled her eyes at him, she tried not to lash out at him, and instead drummed her fingers against the table.
"Let me guess, you got dumped by a girl, pretty depressed, and your life sucks, wow if thats it then your all so predictable." she gave him a smug grin, she raised a brow at him.
"And now your drowning your sorrows in alcohol, how very sad." she shook her head at him, clearly amused by what was playing out in front of her.

Dominic smirked, "You don't know the half of it," he said, staring at her. She aggravated him and it showed in the form of his eyes swiftly changing colors to a bright red then back to their normal deep brown. Being a metamorphmagus wasn't always the best thing in the world, especially when drunk.

Storm raised a brow, she was hitting a nerve, she pressed on clearly enjoying her little game.
"It's alright I don't blame her for leaving, I know I would if I was in her place, look at you, you're a mess." she didn't know why she was acting bitter, she wasn't sure if she was taking out her frustration on him, but she was willing to make this fun for herself.

Dominic snorted, "Listen, if that was all that was going wrong in my life, I'd be fine and dandy, gorgeous," he said, his expression relaxing. He liked to tell himself that her leaving didn't have the effect it obviously had on him. The last word had slipped out before he could stop it, but he went with it, sitting back in his chair and crossing his ankles and arms.

She raised a brow at the last word she remembered how Chase would continuously call her 'Kitten' until she finally told him her name, she smiled at the memory.
"Then enlighten me, what is it that makes you so sad?" she asked him, her body now fully turned towards him.

Dominic stared at her a moment, before deciding to tell her, he was past the point of caring. "Well, a psychopathic uncle that will be the death of my cousins is nothing to be sad about, now is it?" He raised an eyebrow at her.

She stayed silent for a bit, she felt sympathetic, but never showed it, she didn't like pity, and she didn't give it in return. She folder her arms over her lap and said slowly.
"Do something about it, I have two parent who might end up killing me, a guy who's willing to take me as a prize bride and would love to hurt my cousin, and a guy who I like a lot, not to return the same feelings, but I don't drown myself in alcohol, you shouldn't either." she grimaced at revealing her own misfortune, in such a short period of time.

Dominic shrugged, "You deal in your way and I'll deal in mine." Everyone had their own hell to go through, and each dealt in their own way. "Besides, it's not like I can just hop up and go to America to help them." Though he would give anything to be back over there.

She sighed and shook her head, remembering all the talks she had with people, she felt the corners of her lips twitch into a smile.
"No, but drowning yourself isn't going to help them either now is it?" she turned away from him watching people enter then exit the Hogshead, other Students laughing, couples hand-in-hand, she grimaced and turned away biting down on her lip as the urge to scream out in frustration boiled up inside her.

Dominic shrugged and looked down, glaring at the bottle. He stared at it bitterly, as though everything was its fault. After a few long seconds, he spoke, "Why are you still talking to me?" he asked, looking at her through the corners of his eyes. He knew if he were her, he wouldn't even have bothered.
