"I heard the stories and I don't hate you." she said sincerely grimacing at the though of having so many hate you and having to live under the same roof.
"Honestly at least people know me, at least I will be remembered." the conversation with Chase she had in he forest flooded back in her mind and she could slowly feel the sadness washing over her she was sure it showed in her face. She hoped that he was paying no attention to her.

"What's wrong?" Michael asked, mostly sincere, though a hint of relief made its way through his expression at the idea of the conversation moving away from him. He looked down, slightly ashamed at the partial reason he had asked the question.

She shook her head to clear her mind and put on a fake smile.
"It's silly really I'll probably bore you to death with my problems." she could feel the smile slipping and composed her self to force it back on, but it came out more as a grimace than a smile.

"Try me," Michael said, "And sit down," he smiled. He had just then realized she had been standing ((ooc: she hasn't sat down, right, or did I miss that?)) the whole time. "I bet you wouldn't bore me."

((yeah she's standing up ) "Well there is this guy, and he's been 'playing around' with girls, and I knew the type of guy he was from the beginning, but I find myself liking him more and more." she sighed and laughed. "Silly isn't it, my parents would disown me if they heard that I am 'falling' for a guy like that." she grimaced again, the thought of her parents gave her a bad taste in her mouth, as if the words themselves were as venomous as they were.

"My parents would disown me if they knew what I had done," Michael said, thinking about his father. "Um, so who is the guy, if I may ask?" If he had been more sociable he probably would have heard who it was, but he had been so introverted the last few months that he was surprised he even knew where he was anymore.

"Chase Firebrand." she said a sigh escaping her lips, the conversation at the lake returning once more and she felt her jaw twitching at the anger in her own voice and his.
"Am I being selfish for wanting him for myself." the question wasn't directed to anyone in particular, but she still wanted an answer.
"This guy has probably kissed every girl in hogwarts, and yet I still want him, I'm not repulsed by his actions, I want to help." she said the last part quietly, she didn't want him to continue doing what he was doing, even if he chose Dru over herself she would be glad that he was happy, but would she be willing to risk her own sanity for someone else, to be self-sacrificing. For the past 6 years she had been living in solitude, and finally she found someone to relate to, and now she feared she would return to her reserved ways. She shook her head once more to clear her thoughts.

"It's only natural to want someone," Michael said, recognizing the name. "I've met the guy, he thought I...ah...'swung the other way' if you catch my drift, because I really don't care that much for hunting down girls." The corner of his mouth twitched at the memory, "If you want to help him, why don't you just go for it?"

She couldn't help but feel the corners of her mouth turn towards a smile and felt more open at the moment.
"Thats the problem there is another who I think is more constant wit him, he doesn't just play around with her and leaves, it feels like he cares about her more than me, and it really hurts." she scowled slightly at her weakness. This was lessening the burden for her, but it didn't mean it hurt any less.

"Have you told him this? Or talked to her about it?" he asked, faintly wondering who the 'her' was, but not asking. "Maybe you could figure it out, or maybe he's not really worth your time. Let the other girl deal with his crap."

If he knew who she was talking about the conversation would be completly different, but Storm felt that this was something Dru had to tell him herself, the last thing she wanted was to gain an enemy.
"I'm too deep into this, and if I wasn't I don't think I can just pull out, I feel like he's worth it, but maybe this will blow over it's just a silly school girl crush." she was trying to convince herself, and this failed, she knew it sounded fake, but at the moment all he needed was false re-assurance, this wasn't just a crush, she felt that it was more.

"Listen, life's too short to worry about things like that, just go for it, push her out of the way and get after him if he really means that much to you," Michael said, leaning towards her. "Don't let it pass you by."

She smiled feeling at ease for the moment.
"Your right, life is too short, and I guess you live it only once." she had known this was true, she would repent for all the wrongs she had done, and she wasn't giving up without a fight. She relaxed in her chair and raised a brow at him.
"Honestly the rumors about you are wrong, who would have thought that my parents actually turned out wrong about Death Eaters, I guess everyone can change." she shook her head. her parents were so ignorant of what was truly around them. It was her turn now to know more about him and said slowly choosing her words carefully.
"How have you been getting by, I mean with the school almost empty, I would have expected to run into you at least once in the school."

"I should have changed earlier," Michael said, sighing. "I should have told Dru from the beginning...." he trailed off, thinking, "But I told her...I told her..." he shook his head, "Nevermind. I've been out in the forest a lot, actually, not many people go out there, I go out and draw. The castle's got to where it's so oppressive, I can't stand it."

"Don't kick yourself for it, at least your not bound to it anymore, I can't say the same." she then perked up as he mentioned his drawings.
"You and artist, now thats something you don't see much in the common room." she sat up slightly she loved Pandora's drawings, but she really wanted to see different styles of drawings.
"Do you have anything on you at the moment?" she asked him curiously, but she didn't see anything that would indicate that he had a drawing on him
