Ok so as one of the few that are still left on here from the first month this site was open, it is really sad that we are not active.... I have tried advertising on every other website that i go on (which is alot of websites) and to all of my friends, and if you notice i am one of the top posters on the site.... we need to all brainstorm and come up with something to get more people on and to get old members back

I'm trying to get new members too, but I think getting back some of our old members would help too. I know Ryan's been around *waves* and Larten's just gotten back. Lucretia stopped by a couple times and disappeared, and so did Vannah.

I was talking with Anna Hennessy's writer and she suggested a spring festival. That might call back some of our missing members, and since I've noticed that there have been some new members lately, perhaps it would get their attention as well.

I've been trying to think over the logistics of running a festival, and I got some good ideas from my roommate. (If we could manage a masquerade, we can manage a festival, I'm sure.)

So here's roomie's suggestions (or at least the good ones):

• wishing well
  What if you made a wish for a kind of thread with someone and they had to post it? Obviously not god-moding, but choosing a situation or pairing you wouldn't see otherwise? (Within reason, of course)
  
• polls
  There could be a festival King and Queen. We'd need nominations beforehand to decide who got onto the ballot.
  
• games
  Roomie suggested magic carpet rides a la that bull riding machine thing. See if you can stay on.
  
• Hippogriff races!
  This is my idea. We could have someone (whose characters are not allowed to play) write a hippogriff races and there could be bets. I know, we don't use money anymore, but I'm sure we can think of prizes
  
• Three-legged races
  I'm sure it'd be more fun to rp falling all over each other than winning!

I'm going to add a disclaimer here. I'm all excited and haven't thought this through yet. Anyone?

I have so less posts of everybody , and thats good ideas. I tried to get some people but..didn't work out. We could ...We could have a war...A war between Death Eaters and OOTP . If Gabrielle Kedavra doesn't lead it...Leven ( Larten's dad) can lead it.
