Holly weaved through the great hall, jumping around tables and such. She had been quite crazy earlier and wanted to find the man and apologize to him for such...an attitude. The news of meeting her fiancee was so sudden and something within her mind had snapped like a rubberband. She knew that her words would probably do no justice but it was always best to try.

Ariel walked into the Great Hall, and nearly turned right back around to leave. That crazy little girl was there, apparently searching the tables. It seemed as though she had already gone by the Gryffindor ones, though, and Ariel was rather fond of that dish in the large blue bowl... He sighed, gave a quick prayer, and sat down on the outskirts of a group of guys at the Gryffindor table. He pulled a plate toward him and filled it, keeping an eye out for that girl.

Standing near the door, she once again scanned across the room for long blondish hair. What was he wearing? she thought. He must have had a house symbol or something. Giving out a groan of frustration, she stamped her foot angrily against the ground. There! Over at the Gryffindor table, he was sitting amongst other men. She sprinted over letting out a garbled, "I need to talk to you!"

Ariel clenched his teeth and paused with his fork halfway to his mouth. He closed his eyes and shook his head, "I'm eating." To prove his point, he opened his eyes and took a large enough bite that he wouldn't have to worry about talking for a good part of a minute. Maybe she would just go away. He nearly snorted, he didn't think it would be that easy to get rid of her.

"Okay then, I can wait. I need to explain my actions earlier," she replied smirking slightly. Looking around, she grabbed an oak chair and pulled it up to the Gryffindor table. Grinning, she sat down cross legged and waited. His mouth was full of food and she could not help but give out a giggle as his cheeks were puffed. If she did that her mother would have a fit.

Ariel ignored her. He didn't have any reason to listen to a little girl like her. He momentarily wondered where she had gotten a chair in the great hall, he had only ever seen the benches, but pushed it out of his mind as he took another large bite. The girl, and her giggles, could wait as long as they wanted, Ariel wasn't going to talk to her.

Holly sat in the chair twiddling her thumbs nervously. The man obviously was not going to listen to her. How rude! "Well, if you are just going to ignore me, I guess I will have to do the talking. Let's see... I am fifteen, my name is Holly, I am a Ravenclaw." Holly droned on hoping he would get irritated and finally agree to her demands. All she wanted was to talk to him for a minute!

Ariel's eyes just darkened more and he continued eating. He was not going to talk to the girl, no matter how annoying she was. If he talked to her it would only give her more reason to hunt him down later. Again. He tried to tune her out by tuning in to the conversation beside him. It was something about who was the hottest girl on the Holyhead Harpies.

"You know if you just let me say what I need to say I would leave you alone!" Holly glared at him, frustrated that her plan had not worked. All she had wanted to do was give a simple apology and he had treated her like dirt! What made him so high and mighty?

Ariel snorted and shook his head, only to be misinterpreted by the guys. He quickly took it back, saying that yes, the chaser was hot, and yes, he would do those things to her in the locker rooms if he were the janitor. He held back a shiver and decided that it would be preferable to talk to the girl. "I really doubt you'll leave me alone."

"Doubt all you want but I know I have no interest in you other than the explanation I owe to you and myself." Holly straightened her back, happy she had gotten out some of what she had wanted to say. She eyed the table, noticing there was a basket of rolls. She asked a girl to her left to hand her one and she bit into it, savouring the chewy, warm bread.

Ariel sighed and avoided the eyes of the girl that glared at him for what he had added to the conversation about the all girls quidditch team. He turned his head and glared at Holly, then turned back to the conversation with the guys, who were now concentrating on the seeker of the team and how on earth her small frame could support her assets, not that they were complaining.

Holly continued to finish her bread and poured herself a glass of water. "This is your last chance," she whispered. She knew that her following action would possibly start some issues but in a room full of students and staff he could not do anything.

Ariel rolled his eyes and shook his head. "Whatever," he said toward her, then turned his complete attention to the conversation of the strange clothes sizes that little seeker must wear. He continued eating among the conversation, determined to finish even with the annoying little Holly girl close to him. She couldn't follow him up into the dorm room, anyway, if it came down to that.

Smiling to herself, she stood up, grabbed a goblet full of pumpkin juice, and poured it all over his head. "You really should learn to listen, Mr. Grumpy," she grinned sticking her tongue out at him. Pushing her chair back, she skipped over back to the Ravenclaw table.
