Cleo shook her head. "Oh I never trust mem" she said softly, her lips curving into a small smile. She was going to enjoy her time at the castle, she was sure of it.

Cleo nodded approvingly, it seemed this Ryan person wasn't totally clueless, which meant other's weren't likely to be either. "Pity you're unavailable" she said softly, her pearly teeth revealed as she smiled at Ryan. That was one rule she never broke, as much as she wanted a guy if he was taken she would back off, jealous girlfriends were always hard to handle.

Cleo looked at him, pulling off her sunglasses and shaking out her hair. "Because you're not a jerk, for the most part, and rather cute" she said with a grin, the corners of her eyes crinkling up. Her eyes sparkled as she wondered what his reaction would be.

Cleo laughed, "Shame you're not really my type" she mused, as though talking to herself although she intended Ryan to hear her. "I fancy a swim" she said, standing up. "You can join me or not, I don't care" she said as she ran towards the water and dived in from a rocky outcrop.

Cleo surfaced and looked around. She was pleased to see that she could no longer see Ryan, meaning he had obviously decided to join her. She swam around lazily, getting used to the slight chill of the water. She looked up at the sun, beating down on the lake and smiled as she could feel the droplets of water on her face dry up. She floats in the water, thinking about what possibilities her new life has brought her.

Cleo looked up and saw Ryan, he seemed a little restless. "Girlfriend had you on a tight leash?" she teased, swimming over to him, tendrils of wet hair curling around her face. She smiled openly at him, but her eyes were alluring and ensnaring.

Cleo nodded, "So who's heart did you break to get yourself landed in there?" she asked flippantly, not aware of how close she actually was to the truth. "It seems that most of the girls around here can take care of themselves and won't take any nonsense" she said, trying to ease some gossip out of him. She moved a little closer to him, but not so close that the brush of their legs as they trod water seemed accidental, rather than deliberate. She smiled, acting unaware of their contact.
