Cleo smiled to herself as she slipped off her dress and stood in her bikini. She was a real sun worshiper and as she had only just arrived she figured she could have a couple of days to get used to castle life before she began thinking about attending classes. She strecthed out on the towel she had set out in a sunny spot by the lake. Finding her sunglasses in her bag she put them on and relaxed in the sunshine. It was strange to think that even though they were so different, home and here were both under the same sun.

Ryan walked outside, glad to be able to do so. He walked to the lake and saw a girl that he didn't know. He walked up to her "This grass taken?" he asked.

Cleo raised her sunglasses, balancing them in top of her head as she looked up at the owner of the voice she had just heard. "Not at all" she said softly, grinning at him. She twirled a lock of her hair around her finger and tilted her head to one side. "So does this cute guy have a name?" she asked, teasing him. It seemed to be her natural reaction to any male and it had irritated her parents for as long as she could remember, with her friends though she was rather legendary.

Cleo laughed lightly. Maybe Ryan would be worth ten minutes of her attention. "I'm Cleo, just arrived today" she replied, looking out over the lake as she took everything in.

Cleo nodded, to her it had seemed a sensible place to go, she wouldn't be right under the professors' noses and she could take some time to think about everything. "Well then I might go," she said casually, "I don't like being like everyone else" she said laughing. "So I want to know the most sordid details of your life" she continued, her tone serious. "Starting with house and year" she said, breaking out into a grin.

Ryan laughed and looked at the lake "I am Hufflepuff, 7th year. Let me guess. Slytherin, 6th or 7th year."

Cleo nodded, "How could you tell" she said lightly. "And 7th" she said, just to clarify. "I'll definitely be coming here more often" she said as she look approvingly around the grounds. The grass was soft enough to sun bathe on for hours and she imagined you could always go swimming as well.

"Sure is, but nature isn't all that, as for me..." she trailed off, a cheeky smile adorning her lips. She would probably soon have the reputation of the biggest flirt and tease to ever grace these halls, but as long as her grades stayed up her parents wouldn't hear about what she got up to. Her favourite phrase was 'what they don't know can't hurt them'.

Cleo laughed, "For a guy you catch on fast" she teased. It hadn't taken him long to realise she was fishing for compliments, then again, she hadn't exactly been subtle about it. "So tell me a bit about your wonderful self" she asked politely, smiling at him and batting her eye lashses as if she had to persuade someone shy.

Ryan smiled "Well what do you want to know about me? I play chaser for Hufflepuff. I am an actor, and a huge sports fan, wizard and muggle sports."

Cleo listened, her expression grave as though this information could save a life. "It is a start" she said slowly, maintaining the serious face for only another moment. She grinned broadly, they don't know what they've let themselves in for letting me come here" she said, laughing. "Oooh I'm a slytherin chaser" she said, "I'll see you on the pitch!" Cleo knew she was probably confusing the poor guy, but she was always so energised and switched on. Her friends had trouble keeping up with her sometimes but Cleo loved every minute.
