Larten followed Dru to the lake . He quickly took off his shirt . He dident want to be a showoff but he was built . During the winter and summer breaks he worked out alot and trained with different muggle sports . He streched a bit and then motioned for Dru to go first . " Go ahead " he said smiling .

Dru raised her wand in the direction of Ravenclaw tower and summoned her dark green one-piece that she liked so much, then used a spell she had heard from someone to switch out clothes. She had led Larten to a spot with an outcropping over the water, and, once she had secured her clothes and wand near a tree where she could see it from the water, she went to the edge of the rock and dove off, going deep under the water and coming up a few yards away. "Coming?"

He smiled and nodded . He jumped in and swam under water to where she was. He came up from behind her . " Hey slow poke " he said smiling and swimmed futher " Come on " he yelled and sawm under water . He swam back to her and grabed her by the legs and into his arms " Come on " he said swimming back to where he was with her in his arms .

Dru grinned, the second she had broke the surface of the water she had felt relaxed, immediately soothed by the feel of water all around her. She pulled out of his arms, "You wish," she said, then ducked under and swam farther out, wondering how far he was willing to go. Depth didn't bother her, she was a strong swimmer, always had been.

Larten smiled and swam under and followed her . He came up beside her and smiled . He grabed her arm and pulled her right . There was a small island out here that he had once went to . He saw it from under the water and swam faster towards it . He got up on the shore with her behind him " I found this swimming one " he said indiciating the island .

"Oh really," Dru said, grinning and sitting on the ground. She would rather have stayed in the water, but she'd have to swim back to shore, "You realize if someone takes our stuff we won't be able to see them now." She looked over where she knew her clothes were, but she couldn't tell very much between the distance and the outcropping.

Larten smiled " No they cant touch them . If they do they will die ...I put a spell on them " he said shrugging . " God...Its hot...To hot to sit on a island....." he said looking at Dru streching . " Come one lets get back in the water " he let out his hand toward her to help her out and to go back swimming . He was starting to like her defince towards him .

"You're the one that wanted to come up here, I was fine back in the water," Dru said, pushing his hand away and walking back into the water. Instead of swimming she floated on her back and watched the clouds, keeping an eye on Larten, she had a feeling that he was going to try something.

Larten sighed . He jumped in the water and swam past Dru . He kept a small distance from her . he kept swimming around her and then got up to the surface " Hmmm...." he said getting on his back and floating now . He sighed and looked over at Dru " Your really beutiful ...You know glistening in the sun " he said shrugging while floating .

Dru looked sideways at him, almost making a comment back, but instead she just looked back at the clouds. "Thank you." She would normally had been trying to find shapes and patterns, instead, the clouds brought her back to her conversation with Dare, and from there to Silver, bringing on an entire rush of thoughts that bombarded her mind.

Larten smiled at her and looked up at the sky . Cassie drifted into his mind . He sighed and let it go . He looked at Dru's body and got off his back and swam over to her . " Look. I like you ...Alot . And i was wondering if you wanted to go somewhere like the club with me ..." he asked . He looked at her with a serious expression .

"Why on earth did you have to say the club? I own that place," Dru said, though that was only part of the reason she wouldn't want to go. The last guy she had been with at the club, Silver, had been nearly attacked by Chase. "I don't care to spend anymore time in Hogsmeade than I have to." She looked over at him, it wasn't turning him down, but it wasn't accepting it, either.

Larten smiled " Ok ....Then we can...." he thoght about it . The thought hit him " The Room of Requirement " he said quietly but then he looked up at Dru " The room of Requirement ...I could wish we had a date and then it would make a date for us in there . " he said smiling .

Dru looked at him, debating, but then she thought about Chase and Silver and shook her head. She didn't need another complication, even if it would just be a good time, one time. "I can't," she said, and turned over, starting to swim back to the main shore where her clothes were.

The words hit him . Again rejected . He swam back to his island and sat down . He sighed and layed down looking up at the sky . He has been rejected 2 times. He laughed . " Your pathetic ..." he said to himself . He couldent even get a girl in his own year...He couldent get a girl he liked . It was a shame .
