Cassie sighed as she stretched out on the grass by the lake. The sun was shining and it was a perfect summer's day with hardly a cloud in the sky. She smiled to herself as she pulled a book towards her and opened it, thumbing through the pages until she found her place. She started to read but soon realised that she couldn't focus. She shut her book and just lay there, soaking up the sun as she sang quietly under her breath.

Larten walked down to lake with a loose white shirt on and some black pants . He sit down next to a Ravenclaw girl with long beutiful hair . He layed down beside her and looked at her " Ello . Im Larten . " he said to her smiling " Beutiful isent it " he said looking up at the sky .

"Hey, Cassie" she replied casually as she stopped singing. "Gorgeous" she agreed, lokoing out over the lake. "I love it when the weather's like this" she continued, pushing her hair off her face. She smiled at the newcomer. "We haven't met before have we?" she said, checking if she was right.

Larten nodded " No we havent met . Cant belive it with someone with your beuity ....You look almost as beutiful as this lake and sky . " He said activating his charming techiques . He was always had a knack of charming people with his cunning and wit . He smiled at her with a charming smile .

Cassie laughed, intrigued as to who this was. "Almost as beautiful?" she asked, raising her eye brows at him. She had been feeling so relaxed that she had let her guard down and she didn't care that he was flirting with her.

Larten smiled " I mean more beutiful ...." he said inching close to her . When he was close enough he started to stroke her soft hair . It was long and beutiful . " You are beutiful , Cassy " he said . His voice was soothing and soft .

Cassie just smiled at Larten. "That's better" she said teasingly. The thought that she should stop this crossed her mind, but she just let it slide. She bit her lip, wondering what Julius would think if he saw her now. But she was far too relaxed to stop Larten just yet.

Cassie tensed, knowing she had let it go too far. She pulled away from him and sat up. "I can't I'm sorry" Cassie said, keeping her voice from trembling. She ran her hand through her hair as she was agitated. She didn't know how to explain to him about Julius, all she had wanted was someone to chat to for the afternoon.

Cassie nodded. "I do, sorry, you seem like a great guy" Cassie offered, relieved that so far he hadn't asked who her boyfriend was. "Maybe I'm a little bit too beautiful" Cassie mused, thinking about just how many guys had gone after her in the past few weeks.

Cassie bit her lip, he didn't know how much he was tempting her. But she had done it to Julius once before, and she knew a second time would devastate him. "I can't do it to him, I'm sorry. If I wasn't with him, things would be different" Cassie said, rolling onto her stomach as she propped herself up on her elbows. She looked out, across the lake and sighed.

Despite herself Cassie laughed. She sat up, aware that her skirt had ridden up her thighs a little from the movement. She tugged it down and returned her attention to Larten. "Why should we? Why do you want me so bad?" she asked softly, her eyes searching his. A thought came to her mind, she could often tell what mood she was in from her eyes. Ranging from grey/green meaning she was angry to an emerald shade which meant she was attracted to someone. She didn't think she was overly attracted to him, but she wanted to see what he would say. "What colour are my eyes at the moment?" she asked, not caring if it sounded like an odd question. She looked at him, brushing her fringe out of her eyes.
