[Cassie Jones]

Cassie shook her head mutely, she didn't know what would tumble out of her mouth if hse spoke. She looked at Jacob with her intense green eyes, then kissed him on the lips, not preventing him from continuing what he had just started.

Jacob smiled at Cassie, and his hands began to undress them both. This was exactly what he wanted, more than anything, and he was more than ready for it to happen. Looking into Cassie's emerald eyes, he could tell that she wanted this as well.

Cassie closed her eyes and shivered, thoughts skittered through her mind. Memories about the person who's hands had last been on her. Her hands trembled and her throat felt thick. "Stop, please stop" she whispered as tears began to roll down her cheeks. She pulled his hands off her and sat up, shrugging her clothes back into place.

Jacob looked at Cassie, confused, and slightly hurt. As she pulled on her clothes, he did the same thing. "I..................I.........thought.........this was...........what............you wa.................want...........wanted...........hun..." Great! Now his stuttering was back! Jacob cursed himself, and shook his head.

Cassie stood up, not being able to sit still in her unease. "I did too, I don't know it's just" she sighed, frustrated that she didn't know what she wanted. She paced the room, pointedly not looking at Jacob.

Jacob sat there on the rug, hurt, confused, and scared. What was going on? Why was this happening? Jacob was so sure that Cassie liked him, and yet here she was pacing around, going out of her mind. Suddenly, it hit him. "I may be young hun, but I am not dumb...........Who is the other guy?"

Cassie stopped, and slowly turned to face Jacob. She bit her lip, there was no way she could try lying to him, he knew the language of her eyes by now. She just wouldn't tell the truth either. "There is someone, I'm sorry I thought this would work, but i jsut don't feel it." She said softly, running her hand through her hair.

Jacob smiled a wicked smile, and tilted his head to the side. "You don't feel it? Don't patronize me hun, and don't lie to me........I know you like this hun.........I know you like me...........I guess I can accept that you like someone more though..........Who am I to tell someone to deny their heart..........so, I ask again hun..........who's the guy?"

Cassie resisted the urger to stamp her foot and scowl at Jacob. "I don't see why I have to tell you." Cassie said, a little frightened byt how rapidly Jacob had changed.

Jacob smiled a mischevious smile, and got up, taking Cassie's hand. "I think you owe me something for breaking my heart hun." Jacob tried not to show it on the outside, but he was screaming within.

Cassie pulled her hand out of his grip and turned to the side, her hair, swinging forward to cover her face. "How can you say that with a smile on your face, and I can't have broken your heart" Cassie said. She seemed calm on the outside but inside she was panicking. She knew that if she told him it was Julius then in his bitterness he might tell the whole castle.

Jacob sighed. "I am smiling because I am not going to let anyone get me down hun. You may leave today, and my heart may hurt, but life goes on hun. Tommorrow is a brand new day, and who knows what it will bring." Jacob could see the worry in Cassie's eyes. He put his hand under her chin, and turned her head so that she looked at him. "I think you know me enough that I won't tell anyone what you tell me hun. Who is the guy?"

Cassie jerked her chin away from Jacob and beagan to pace again, at her college she had been notorious for having a rather short tempers sometimes and it was displaying itself at the moment. "I don't have to tell and I'm not going to tell. It wouldn't help either of us" Cassie said, her voice sharp with anger.

[Jacob Cullen]

Jacob's smile vanished and his eyes flashed with anger. "Well fine then you stupid wh0r*. You know I tried to handle this situation with as much class and dignity as a man with a broken heart can handle, but I guess you would rather go down the route of the stupid b1tch. So f*ck you hun. I hope you have a wonderful disease filled life you f*cking s1ut." Jacob spat on the floor near Cassie, and stormed out of the room, immediately wishing that he hadn't let his anger get the best of him, but also knowing that he couldn't take it back now.

Cassie stood there shaking for a moment before her eyes grew hard with fury. She stormed out the room and went pounding after Jacob. She caught his arm and swung him towards her. She hesitated for a second, then slapped him across the face. "How dare you, how dare you. =You have no idea what it's like for me" Cassie turned and ran away, hoping Jacob wouldn't follow her as she burst out of the castle and lost herself in the forest, sobs escaping from her.
