[Jacob Cullen]

Jacob felt that the moment was right. If ever there was a romantic moment this was it. He took a deep breath, and began to sing.

At the end of his song Jacob felt a little nervous, but he smiled, and kissed Cassie.

Cassie felt her heart speed up as Jacob's voice sang. She smiled and let herself fall into the smooth tones of his voice. The kiss suprised her slightly as she had closed her eyes, but she kissed him back gently, not pushing too hard or asking for too much.

Jacob lay there frozen, not quite sure what to do. Yes, he liked Cassie alot, but he didn't want to pressure her into doing something, and he was so young. He really didn't know what to do. So Jacob just lay there, keeping Cassie in his arms, and waiting for her to make a move or not, so that Jacob wouldn't mess anything up.

Cassie felt Jacob tense up and she broke the kiss. She pulled back a little, her emerald eyes anxious. "Are you ok sweetie?" she asked, touching his cheek gently with her fingers. "If you want to stop.." she offered, letting him be in control.

[Jacob Cullen]

Jacob smiled, and kissed Cassie's eyes. "I am doing fantastic hun. Better than I have ever done in my life, and of course I want to keep going." Jacob kissed her again, and began playing with the bottom of Cassie's shirt.

Cassie smiled and returned Jacob's kiss, slowly increasing the pressure of it. The lights dimmed and the fire burnt down to it's ember's making the room appear more soft and intimate. She let his hand stay where it was and slid her own round his waist so it was resting on his back. She lifted his shirt so her fingers could rest on his skin.

As Cassie touched his bare skin, Jacob couldn't contain himself any longer. It drove him crazy! He lifted up Cassie's shirt, and began to trace her skin with his hands. He kissed her deeply. Pulling back, Jacob realized how fast he was going with this. He sighed, and took his hands off Cassie. "I'm sorry hun, I don't know what came over me. I am so ashamed." Jacob smiled at Cassie, trying to cool the situation down. "So, what do you like to do for fun?"

Cassie sighed softly and lay back down, turning her head so she could still see Jacob. "It fine, don't worry you shouldn't be ashamed." Cassie felt irritation prick her. He was younger than her and he was ashamed of going too fast, if anyone should be ashamed it was Cassie. "Hmmm, well dance obviously, but I also love art." Cassie said, looking into the fire as she tried to sort her feelings out.

[Jacob Cullen]

Jacob listened to Cassie's answer but could sense some kind of turmoil behind it. As she stared into the fire, he lay down beside her again, and draped his arm across her chest. "What is going on with you hun? Why are you so sad?"

[Cassie Jones]

"Nothing, nothing" Cassie said lightly, smiling at Jacob. "It's just," she rolled onto her stomach and leaned on her elbows so she could look at him. "You need to stop second guessing. Stop going back and forth. You shouldn't feel sorry or ashamed. If anyone should it would be me. I'm older I'm more responsible and should know better" should, as Cassie hadn't been making great decisions so far. "Ok so just relax and let it flow" Cassie sighed and looked down at Jacob, she liked him, a lot, there was just something missing, something that rubbed her the wrong way.

Jacob sighed, and looked at Cassie. "I know, I know. I am not assertive enough, I get it. I....................its...................just that I like you alot, and I don't wanna do something that your not ready for, and mess this all up. I don't know what I would do if I lost you." Jacob sighed, and looked away from Cassie, not quite sure what she would do now.

Cassie grew frustrated but didn't let it show on the outside. "Jacob, I know what I am and aren't ready for. So I'll let you know if I want to stop ok?" she said calmly, although it took a lot of self control to keep her voice even and relaxed. She ran a hand through her hair, trying to calm down. She sat up, angry at herself that she couldn't just like this sweet, charming innocent boy. She closed her eyes and leaned her forehead on her knees she had drawn up to her chest.

Jacob knew what Cassie wanted now. He was scared before, but hearing the frustration in her voice, Jacob grew more courageous. He sat up, and wrapped his arms around Cassie, kissing and nibbling the back of her neck. He pulled her hair a little, to stretch her neck out, and continued to kiss it. He put his hand on her stomach, and pushed her back down. He leaned over her smiling. "I can tell from the tone of your voice that you are sick of my sweet and innocent b*llsh!t. So if you want me to be more aggressive, than aggressive is what you are gonna get. Jacob began to rub Cassie's legs, as he kissed her neck again.

Cassie froze, not having been prepared for this Jacob. "Jacob I..." she broke up, not knowing what to say, she wanted to stuggle, get away from him. But his passion started to make her heart beat faster and her breaths became shallow. She waited, feeling his hand on her thigh and his breath on her neck.

Jacob could sense that Cassie had more she wanted to say. He kissed her lips gently, and whispered in her ear. "Go on hun. What is it you wanna say?"
