Annabelle shrugged non-comittingly, surprised that Dru would suggest such an outing. She wasn't sure that everyone would be up to that just yet. "Perhaps. As long as things go right for both of us, it could be fun. Depending on how the guys feel about it of course." She knew she wouldn't have a problem around Chase, but wasn't sure how Michael or Chase would react to the idea.

"I think that me and Michael would have to talk, work some things out, before we could do anything like that, but it would be fun, I think." She knew she would have to talk to Michael eventually, but the thought sent a shiver up her spine, and not in the good way it once had. Dru laughed softly to clear her mind, "Can you imagine them two in a room together?"

"I honestly don't know if that would be wise....they are both Slytherins!" Annabelle laughed. She wondered if they were friends, if they got along even, or if they hated each other. "I'd hate to see them form any plots to tease us."

Dru laughed, "Two Slytherins and two ravvies, who would have guessed?" she asked. She wondered how Michael would react to her and Chase, if the outing ever happened.

"Not me, that's for sure. If you'd have told me I would be excited to have a date with a Slytherin, I'd have wagered my favorite novel against it. I guess it's a good thing I don't make bets usually." A strike of lightening from the fall storm caught Annabelle's attention and she realized how late it was getting. "We should probably be getting back, I didn't get much studying done earlier." She smiled, remembering what she had done instead.

Dru glanced out the window at the clouds as thunder rolled across the sky, "Yeah, I guess so," she said, hopping down from the ledge. On impulse she gave Annabelle a quick, tight hug. "Don't worry about me," she said, meaning about how she felt about Michael. "And don't worry about the date." She walked towards the doorway.

"Everything will work out, for both of us." She replied as she followed Dru out of the owlery. She wasn't sure who she was trying to convince more, Dru or herself.
