"If I could just cover it up...." Michael sighed, looking down at his left forearm where, covered by a layer of fabric as always, the mark scarred his skin. At times he almost could feel it burning, and at those times he was afraid that something would come out of the shadows for him. But usually it was just heavy, like he was wearing a weighted armband that he couldn't take off.

An odd thought came to her mind it was silly, but she couldn't retain the small giggle that bubbled in her mouth.
"Well I have an idea, it's not something you would expect, but don't laugh at me." she said her lips pursed as she tried to retain her laughter.

It took Michael a moment to figure out what she meant, but when he did it brought a grin. "You mean make-up? This thing shows through even white shirts sometimes." At times it was darker than at others, nearing black, and those days he was forced to wear darker clothes if he still wanted it hidden.

She nodded her head, yeah it was silly, but what else could they do, she tried to remember the things written in the books back at home, but nothing would help at all.
"Oh come one, what do you have to lose?" she asked him her eyes gleaming.
"You can get Anna to do it for you." she said with a wink.

Michael laughed lightly, "It'd work some of the time, at least." He figured that, when and if, Voldemort fell then it would fade away, but he wanted it hidden even before that time came. He shrugged and sat back, "I guess it's worth a try. Or is this just a way to get a male in make-up?" he asked, grinning.

She looked up to him the coyness that radiated of her features were obvious.
"Why would I do that to a friend?" she asked innocently. although inside she was laughing at the turn of events, how they went from talking about the dark part of life, to make-up.

"Yeah, next thing I know I'll be walking around in eyeliner and lipstick." Michael grinned, imagining the look on Anna's face when and if the idea were ever brought up to her. "So do I need to worry about you and Anna coming after me with make-up bags?" If the two paired up, he was done for. But the image of them cornering him with a bag full of make-up made him laugh.

She crossed her arms over and pretending to be deep in though, though failed.
"Maybe, maybe not, I'm sure Anna would love to see your girlie side." she said giggling, she couldn't remember the last time she laughed like this is a while.

"Oh yeah, because that would so cement my sexuality in front of her." He smiled, remembering back to when he had told her about Emilian and she had asked, horrified, if he was the same way.

She laughed and shrugged, she suppose he was right, but it was tempting. She sighed as she looked down at the book picking it up and giving him a warm smile.
"I'll read up a few of my fathers books, I'm not sure if there is much, but I have a few books about permanent markings made before even the Dark Lords time." she said, she really wanted to help him, even if it wasn't likely she could find anything she would try.
"I guess I'll see you around Michael." she said grinning.

"Yeah, I'll see you." He watched her go, knowing that, even if she did look, she couldn't find anything more than a concealment charm for him. Michael stood and set to putting the useless books away.
