alright, my top five goes as thus:
5:Independance Day Bill Pullman's speech in it is one of the best "Get Pumped" speechs I have ever heard.
4:Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban Gary Oldman was incredible as Sirius, All the kids really showed off their new acting chops, and Alfonso Cuaron made sure to highlight that this book was the turning point in the series.
3: Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire Even with just the trailer I can tell that this movie is going to be incredible. I thought that John Williams leaving was one of the worst blows to the series, and because of it I thought the music would suck. Thank God I was wrong. I LOVE THE MUSIC!
2: Star Wars Saga The Star Wars Saga is just to good all around for me to pick one movie in it as my favorite. I will always thank these movies for giving me the inspiration to become a writer. George Lucas Rules all!
1: The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King This is without a doubt my all time favorite movie. Peter Jackson did the impossible in making these movies, and he should be rewarded beyond his wildest dreams. From Aragon to Frodo, Arwen to Eowyn, the cast was perfect. The special effects were off the hook, but more than that, the emotional elements of the book were so well done. I cried when Frodo was getting on the ship into the west. Howard Shore's epic score was just the tip of the Iceberg. This movie will forever have the honor as being the only movie I saw more than twice in the theaters, seeing it a total of five times.
So there is my list, as well as my insight into why I choose them.
Notable Mentions: Tombstone The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe Equilibrium The Matrix Trilogy Happy Gilmore Bloodsport
