While Reed is more outgoing, Jess is usually quiet and expresses himself through his music. He does what he's supposed to, but never is motivated to do more. He's never really had any huge problems in the past, only the occasional broken heart. He can't relate to a lot of people and does a lot of acting when he's around his friends to hide whar's really going on.
