Personality: Zillah enjoys fiction of all kinds and the martial arts, both historical and modern. While she can be quite serious when focused on her passions, she has learned that humor helps heal and keep her energy up through long nights just as well as a strong espresso. She does not keep close friends and typically keeps people at an arm's length when she can.
Background: Zillah grew up in England and was in her third year during Severus Snape's year as Headmaster. After school, she attempted to join the aurors, but did not meet the requirements in her wandwork and was unable to prove she could hold her own using alternative methods. After mourning the loss of that career prospect, she turned toward perfecting her potions work and exploring alternative methods of keeping herself and others safe when her wandwork fell short.
In the years since, she has taken a myriad of jobs, usually just enough to keep her hobby and home kept. However, in the past couple of years she has settled in at Aroma for work and a cozy apartment nearby for sleep and potion-making.
