"Uh..." Indigo had to think about that for a moment. He'd just been given quite a list. "Vannah left last summer, she's working at a beauty shop on Diagon Alley," he said. And the only Gaby he knew of was the editor of the Daily Prophet. He didn't know any Pandora or Eloise, either. "Dru is the librarian, and Michael, I think you mean Professor Blackwood-Hardt. The one who teaches Defense, not the one who teaches Transfiguration."

Ryan nodded "I knew he was still around working at the school. I am surprised that neither Professor Blackwood-Hardt got the Deputy Headmaster spot. Both Michael and Dare were very nice, and I have heard very good at their jobs. So who all do you hang out with? Maybe someone I know that I forgot to list."

"I used to hang out with Jory, but he's a professors' assistant now. Other than that, some guys that transferred this winter. Marius and Castiel, and Hyacinth." Hyacinth had been around a few months longer, but if Ryan hadn't know about the Deputy Headmaster, he certainly wouldn't know about the quiet Catholic boy from Luxembourg. "I don't know, was Jory already prefect when you were around?"

Ryan thought "Marius sounds familiar, but I may be thinking of someone else. I do remember Jory, although I didn't see him very often. Seemed like a pretty cool guy though." Ryan sat and thought, trying to think of something else to talk about. He was never very good at continuing a conversation. "So, uh, are any of the clubs still around? I know the one I started probably isn't still going."

"There's still art and drama, but no one actually goes," Indigo said. "I was thinking about joining the art club. I guess if you wanted to join something you'd just have to find a couple other people who were into it." He took a long pull of butterbeer and thought for a moment. "They tried to start up Quidditch, there were a lot of people who wanted on a team, but the coach disappeared."

Ryan nodded "Quidditch sadly never took off very well around here. I was on the first Hufflepuff team. I was one of the first in the drama club as well. I miss them both. Never felt more at home than when I was either on the stage or in the air on a broom."

"I don't play," Indigo said. "My last school didn't have much of a program." He'd totally watch games if they had them, though. Especially considering he knew Brindle would be flying. Brindle was really something. "One of the other guys in Hufflepuff is on the reserve team for the Appleby Arrows," he said, while they were on the subject. "His name's Aiden, he has like, an emohawk."

Ryan smiled "That is pretty cool. I wanted to try to go pro when I was playing. I ended up giving it up because of personal and family issues though. I miss it a lot." He sighed and he looked around, not quite sure how to continue on. He wasn't sure what else to say, but he didn't want to be rude or anything.

"That sucks. I don't know what I want to do when I graduate. You own a couple shops though, don't you? That's got to keep you busy." He finished off his butterbeer and glanced down at his watch. "Hey, I've got to go, sorry to ditch you, but prefect stuff." He glanced back up at Ryan. "What about you?" he asked. Was Ryan done with school? Was he still a prefect?
