Indigo would have been at the book store in Hogsmeade, but his parents had insisted he send his Mac back to them before they'd send his new laptop, and so he had no computer at all. No Internet access, no matter where he went. It was painful. He would have been hiding in the dorms, but several Gryffindors were sick and he preferred not to test his luck.
That left him either hanging out in the library with a bunch of silent Ravenclaws and the odd professor, or sitting by the lake and hoping the waking spring insects didn't eat him alive.
So far, things were working out. He'd found a seat on a broad rock that poked out from shore and hung slightly over the water, and though he had his hood up to keep the natural light from blinding him, he was enjoying the sun-warmed stone and the subtle sounds of the water. It would drive him crazy after a while sitting in such near-silence, but for now, he was good.
He'd been drawing, not that he was good at anything but fantasy and a little anime, and his notepad sat open beside him, a raven feather quill tucked beneath to keep it from blowing away. His book bag sat nearby, and for the moment, he was actually attempting to study for an Herbology exam that was coming up. He didn't particularly care how many grams of dragon dung manure three Screechsnap sprouts could tolerate without squeaking, but it had been hinted that they'd be asked.

Hogwarts was almost big enough for Sebastian, but it would have been a lot better if all of these people weren’t invading his space. Sebastian’s summer estate in the country could almost compare to Hogwarts in size and it was much more pleasant without all these annoying half-wit bodies trotting around. People were a fickle thing. They were easy to fool, easier to manipulate, and just as easy to lure in. Sebastian had ulterior motives in nearly everything he did. He was a man who liked to experience pleasure and if he could reach that pleasure while tearing someone down, well, it was all that much better.
Sebastian strolled around Hogwarts as if he owned the place. In a way, he kind of did own the place. He had enough dirt on the student body to bring down a good chunk of them. In due time, he would bring them down. It wasn’t enough to simple air someone else’s dirty laundry. Sebastian had a certain style. He messed with those who messed with him, mostly. He was clever in his ways and charming enough to make the enemy believe he was doing himself a favor by becoming Sebastian’s friend. As soon as Sebastian’s foe fell prey to the bait, he took him out before he could realize what was happening. Sebastian got a sick kind of pleasure from destroying people’s lives.
Sebastian found himself coming up to the Lake. It was a pleasant day and he was sure to see some nice tits lying out in the sun, trying to catch some color. Sebastian’s wandering eyes were hid behind a pair of dark sunglasses. He had his eyes on something other than tits, though. A boy was perched on a rock and studying. Sebastian stopped and admired the figure from afar. He was intrigued by this boy’s sharp features and composure. Sebastian was no stranger to studying. He was a smart kid, but if a little first or second year practically begged him to let them write a paper here or there, who was he to object? Sebastian stepped towards the boy. He looked the boy over, not making any attempt to be subtle, and then looked over the water in the lake without saying a word. Sebastian’s lips were pressed closed, his hair fell in his face, and his expression was blank behind those sunglasses. He wasn’t the type to initiate conversation. He preferred to have them come crawling to him.

If Indigo had been doing anything in the least enjoyable, he wouldn't have even known he'd been approached. He tended to get absorbed in things and forget the rest of the world existed until some kind of outside reminder forced his attention elsewhere. Or until he'd finished what he was doing. He didn't feel anyone watching him, or studying him, and didn't look up until he realized that someone was standing nearby.
He lifted his head and looked around, finally spotting a guy with sunglasses. He paused, then gave up studying as a lost cause and tucked his book away, picking up his notepad instead, a wire-bound collection of striped muggle papers. He could ignore the guy much better if he was doing something entertaining, and eventually he'd be left alone again.
He turned the page and picked up his quill. Is there Life After Internet? he wrote at the top. He was keeping up on his blog, even if he had to write it by hand and copy into Wordpress later. Day 3: Actually went outside for once. It's pretty, but boring as hell...

Sebastian let his eyes wander and he was thoroughly enjoying the view. The Lake was a nice sight, too. He combed his fingers through his hair, but the light breeze caused it to fall back into his face. Sebastian stretched his arms over his head and yawned. He arched his back forward a little and his over-priced polo rose up just enough to reveal a bit of the tattoo on his torso. "Honestly, this school is such a bore." Sebastian muttered to himself. Sometimes it felt like the dear students took their studies too seriously. It was great to learn and all, but today was a perfectly beautiful day and there were not many people out. Shoot, even the kid next to him looked like he was doing work.

Indigo hadn't been listening, so it took him a moment to stop the motion of his quill and look up. He glanced back at the guy, wondering why he was still standing there, instead of moving on. "Were you talking to me?" he asked. Most people didn't talk to themselves unless they were alone, but they also didn't mutter when they wanted to be heard. He hoped the guy would just shake his head. He didn't want to lose his train of thought, because it was hell picking up a half-finished blog and trying to remember where he'd been going with it.

Sebastian tilted his head upward and let the sun beat down on his fair skin. After all, if he was spending the summer in the Mediterranean again, he'd need to get used to the rays now. Maybe he'd head home soon and spend some time on the yacht. Maybe his dear step sis would be there with her little friends. That thought earned a smirk. That would be almost too easy and Sebastian loved a good challenge. Sebastian nearly forgot all about the boy nearby as he got lost in fantasies of his own, but when the boy spoke Sebastian snapped back to the present. He hadn't been talking to the boy, but since the boy addressed him, he'd do the favor and respond. But only this once. "Only if you want me to be, love." He said without looking at the boy.

Indigo's brows drew together. Had that guy just called him love? That was a little weird even for Hogwarts, and Indigo really wasn't interested in sticking around to see more. Considering all the rumors that made it around, and what made it to print, being alone with some creepy guy sounded like a precursor to things he wanted nothing to do with.
"Yeah, no thanks," he said. He looked down at what he'd written and gave a mental sigh. Maybe if he took off, he could find another place to sit where he wouldn't have to wonder if he was about to become a statistic. If that was more imagination than reality, he didn't care. He couldn't write with someone standing that close, anyway. He started packing up his things.

Honestly, people around here were hardly sociable. Sebastian wasn't the type to chase and if the boy wanted to leave, there was really nothing Sebastian would do to stop him. Hogwarts was a boring place indeed and it seemed like there wasn't a damn thing he could do about it. Sebastian dug his hands into his pants pockets, rocked back and forth, and whistled the tune to a catchy song. It was a lovely day and by george he was going to enjoy it one way or another! If the boy wanted to miss out on the fun, that was his problem, but that most certainly wouldn't stop Sebastian from having a good time. Sebastian watched the bloke pack up his things. "Running off so soon?" Sebastian asked him. "I hope I didn't scare you, that was certainly not my intention." He said looking at the boy over his sunglasses.

Indigo glanced over at the guy, but he was still getting a weird vibe off him, so it was only a glance. "I was leaving anyway," he claimed. He wasn't scared, he was just cautious. How many guys had called him love in his lifetime? Oh yeah, none, because that was weird. If it had happened on the Internet, that didn't count. The Internet was a free-for-all and people said all sorts of things they'd never say in real life. He closed the flap of his book bag, then stood up to swing it over his shoulder. "Bye."

Sebastian shrugged and walked towards the water. The boy seemed freaked out and a part of that gave Sebastian pleasure. He was sure the boy would have been a little ball of fun, but there was more where that came from. The only good thing about Hogwarts was the sheer number of students. There were plenty of fish in the sea and Sebastian threw on that arrogant/dumbass air he carried so well as a couple of Ravenclaws made their way towards the Lake.
