Ryan walked out to the lake. He had only been back two days, and was remembering his first day back. He had felt bad about what he said to Portia that day, wishing that he hadn't have said it. He sat against a tree looking out at the lake, wondering if he would get a chance to apologize to her, and maybe make it up to her somehow. He took out a piece of parchment that he had charmed to give news from the muggle world, and sat there and read it. After a minute he heard someone coming from behind him and he turned around to see who was coming.
