Ly gave Greenie a hard look, then leaned his head back again. He closed his eyes, effectively dismissing the girl, who he'd gladly begin calling whatever if he hadn't already named her. There was no point memorizing a name just to be a smart-ass. He'd just forget anyway.

"So, a Slytherin," Ly said, bringing a hand up to lightly massage her brother's scalp. "Are the others as...well, are they like you?" Maybe being put in Slytherin would be bad, if all of their housemates would be carting around stolen muggle goods, not that Ly particularly wanted to be put into any of the others. At least she could know what they would be up against.

Pansy lifted her head of the seat to look at Lida, "What you mean like me?" she sneered, what that some sort of dig because of that stupid muggle device? "Being a Slytherin, we are superior to the others, proud of our long blood line of purebloods throughout generations and have no mercy on anyone. The only way you get into Slytherin if you possess these qualities." Pansy explained. She was shocked that Lida would even doubt her House and fellow House members.

"Are Slytherins also perky, talkative, and dense?" Ly asked, not bothering to pick up his head. With his sister's ministrations and the steady motion of the train, he was comfortable and didn't want to move. Greenie had asked, though, and she'd also gone on about pride again, though he couldn't see what for. Perhaps she was simply proud to have something to be proud of.

A light laugh escaped Ly's lips at her brother's words. "Do they all enjoy muggle things, as well? I can't imagine a true Slytherin would approve of their house mate carting around some muggle device," she said. Maybe the other Slytherins were ashamed of this girl, Ly could easily see that, not to mention it would make the house that much more appealing to her.

Pansy had had enough of the twins snide comments, "Look, I dont know who yous think yous are! I am a Slytherin through and through. If you have a problem say it, straight to my face. If yous think yous are going to be the "top dogs" in Hogwarts, you have another thing coming!" Pansys tone was fierce, these two were acting as if they were the Dark Lords children, they had no right to treat her like this Pansy thought. She adopted up the chair towards the window, placed her feet up on the opposite seat and stared out the window. Some peoples heads are too far up their ass for them too see what is clearly visible in front of them.

"Your feet are in my space," Ly said, lifting his head to glare at Greenie. "That's my problem, and if you don't like it, you can get out of our compartment." She had invited herself in and they hadn't wanted her here in the first place. Did she think they were going to blindly bow and scrape for her because she'd been attending boarding school longer? It wouldn't happen.

Ly looked down at the intruding feet. "I can't see how we could say we have a problem any clearer than we already have," she said, then looked back up at the girl with a bored expression. Neither of them had been exactly subtle in picking her apart. It seemed obvious to Ly that this girl was all words, even if she had followed through with destroying the muggle device.

Pansy continued looking out the window as she replied through gritted teeth, "I have tried being nice to my 'fellow' Slytherins," using her fore fingers to exaggerate the word, "but yous are seriously annoying!" She didnt take her eyes od the landscape that was whirling past her window. "If you want me to move you will have to do so physically." Pansy was well toned and was quite strong for a girl, she believed could probably stand a very good chance with the girl or if it came to it the guy. Pansy smirked at the idea that pasted her mind, her getting kick out of school before she even got there. That would be something else to her record.

Ly reached down with one hand to shove Greenie's feet off the seat. He was tall even for a guy, and had no qualms about hitting a girl, if she deserved it. "We were here first," he said. He was quickly losing his cool, as well as his ability to keep sitting with his sister, and his muscles bunched, a wordless sign to her of the state of his temper.

"I would advise you to leave on your own," Ly said, sinking her fingers into her brother's hair at the feeling of his temper ready to flare. With her other hand she slid out her wand, long and thin with graceful dark grain against pale wood and not an Ollivander. "My brother isn't very forgiving when he's angry, and neither is my wand."

Pansy felt her feet being shoved, quite weekly, off the seat. She let them fall to the ground and straightened herself up, things were beginning to get exciting. "Well two against one is hardly fair, anyone knows that!" Pansy said turning her gaze from the window to the twins. She noticed that Lida had her wand out and the other just seemed angry. She took her own wand out and twirled it through her fingers. She wanted to be prepared for what ever happened. Her piercing green eyes darted to each face, examining them for any hint of what they might do.

Greenie at least looked properly scared. She wasn't sitting like a lump anymore, she'd pulled her wand, and was now whining about it not being fair. "Life's not fair," Ly said. If it was, he'd be at home with his sister instead of dealing with some little freak who thought that picking a fight would make them think she was worth something. That really wasn't how one earned respect, though to be honest, Ly didn't respect much of anything.

While Pansy seemed antsy, Ly's movements were slow and nearly delicate in their gracefulness as she absently swirled her wand through the air. Life was far from fair, and the girl seemed like one of those that got angry far too easily when people simply pointed out her faults. Ly wondered vaguely if the girl had simply been coddled her whole life.

Pansy let out a half hearted laugh. It was true life wasnt fair, her of all people should know, but she wasnt to agree out loud with him. She was keeping her cool, she didnt care what the twins thought about her but she was sure as hell she wasnt going to have two snotty sixteen year olds lecturing her. Pansy had stopped twirling her wand and looked at the twins. "Yous seem awfully close to be...related?" she noticed their little gestures to each other like running their hand through the others hair, it was a little too close for comfort Pansy thought.
