((OOC::Yeah, I know, you said you left, but I've been wanting to post, hope you don't mind. Feel free to ignore or reply as you see fit.))
Emilian hadn't been having the best time of his life, but he supposed he was getting better. Of course, he hadn't seen Adara, and wasn't there that stupid saying? Something about out of sight, out of mind? Well, that would be a good way of putting it. At least he wasn't sporting a week's worth of growth on his face, it was tamed into a goatee on his chin, one that reached around his mouth to connect with a medium-sized mustache over his lip.
Maybe he had considered learning a spell or something that would cover the scar on his face that stretched from temple to chin and the mottled skin on his hand from the same fight, but then he had decided that he didn't really care about it anymore now than he had in the past. Besides, it got him looks, which gave him free reign to glare back at the uppity old women.
His eyes had lazily followed the young girl around the shop, but as she was so young, and she was giving him a veritable mountain of money, he saw no reason to pay her too much attention. Well, other than to be a very polite shopkeeper and smile as he took her money and put her things in their proper boxes in a very nice little bag.
