Mano stood and reached out for Emilian. He would help Emilian, whether he wanted it or not, he needed it. He shot down any attempt from Emilian to push him off with a firm look. "He will be decent by the time you get back," he said to Eros, then turned toward the bedroom.

Emilian glared and grumbled, but accepted the help to his bedroom. At least Eros was getting out of his living room for a few minutes. And hey, if it was all on Eros' sickle, he couldn't complain too much. "I hate you two," he said, whatever his thoughts on the matter were. Right now, he was having a wonderful love-hate relationship with the duo.

"Indeed," Eros said dryly. He gave a polite smile and a nod of his head, then left to do exactly as he'd promised. Soon owls were sent to a few open-minded witches and wizards that he was acquainted with, and he'd made a brief detour to procure some wine, brandy, and for Emilian, a very good vodka. He arrived back hoping to find that the debris in the living room had been cleaned as well.

((OOC::Any and all god modding approved, yadda yadda))
It hadn't gone entirely smoothly getting Emilian ready, and so the living room hadn't quite been taken care of yet. There had been an...altercation when it came to getting Emilian fresh clothes. Mano had pulled out clothes, since Emilian seemed to entirely not care, and something he had done had apparently triggered something in Emilian. Of course, Mano had had his wand out and pointed at Emilian's chest before the man could really do much of anything. There was another glare from Emilian, but he backed off and dressed.

Mano had completely overreacted. He hadn't done anything wrong, he couldn't yelp it that Mano was a bastard just like the rest of them. Why? Eh, did he really need a reason? He wouldn't have really hurt Mano, as much of a horrible person he could be. Well, most likely he wouldn't have really hurt Mano. Whatever had happened, he dressed and somehow he got shaved, and he headed out into the living room, saving a hard look specially for Eros.

Eros's brows arched slightly in unison. "I do say, I wasn't expecting quite this much a show of gratitude for my assistance. Please, Emilian, do calm down or I shall begin to think myself important." At least the man was dressed, and for that, Mano got a brief nod of the head. "Come, Emilian, see my purchases. And please use a glass, if only for the appearance of class."

"Emilian? Class? I think he lost any he had when he moved here," Mano teased, however true it might be right now. Not that he remembered Emilian being the most civilized person before, but he had done so much more since then, it was even harder to believe he was part of their social circle. He moved to pour another drink. "Are we having many guests?"

Emilian bumped by both Mano and Eros on his way to get a glass. He could be the epitome of class when he wanted to be, he just couldn't really see the point in it right now. But at least now, a little cleaner and a little more put together, he could appreciate the possibility of guests. If nothing else, he knew that Eros had good taste.

"An intimate group of some few women and young men," Eros said, his eyes settling coldly on the back of Emilian's head for a moment. "I find myself glad that I resisted owling anyone of note, but only those unlikely to comment on our friend's behavior." Something which was terribly lacking. "You know, Emilian, if it were anyone else I'd never look past all this." And though his voice was calm, he was becoming increasingly frustrated.

Mano opted for silence now. He wasn't willing to get into any conversation about this. He hoped that when there were people and Emilian could start doing what he loved Emilian would start feeling up. The last thing he wanted was to encourage something to happen, especially since Emilian had already nearly cracked.

"Yeah, and?" Emilian said, turning back to Eros. "I told you, I didn't want you two over here, I didn't ask for help, I'm just fine by myself." He waved a dismissive hand and shook his head. He didn't want to deal with this, if people were going to be here, he wanted them here as soon as possible, he didn't want Eros telling him he wasn't acting right.

"Then I will excuse myself," Eros said, bowing lightly. "Do enjoy the liquor, Emilian, and the company soon to arrive as well. And you, Mano." He would have enjoyed seeing Emilian cheer up a bit, but there was a great difference between ignoring harsh looks and being actively bumped and outright insulted.

"Eros," Mano said, coming up to him. "Stay, Emilian will stop." Don't you dare leave me here with him. He still considered Emilian a friend, but he didn't want to stay here with him, even if he wouldn't be alone. He had come with Eros, and he had no intention of letting Eros leave. For a minute he watched Eros, then turned stern eyes to Emilian. "Won't you?"

Emilian met Mano's eyes and his own narrowed, but he rolled his eyes and nodded. "Whatever you say, sir." He didn't want to deal with this, he would wait and see just who was going to be coming over. Surely there could be a little bit of fun had, and he could be civil with Eros when he wanted to be.

Eros didn't hold back the darkness in his eyes, nor the look he gave Mano which said quite clearly, You owe me. He was beginning to regret having come in the first place, as it wasn't at all what he had expected. Emilian didn't even want the girl back, so it made no sense for him to be so unconscionably rude and surly. He was a grown man, for God's sake. He shouldn't have needed Mano to tell him to behave. "Very well, then. I'll stay and chaperon this little circus," he said at last.
