The school had gone insane, that was the only explanation. That, or hell had frozen over. Silver was supposed to be invisible! Maybe he'd imagined once or twice what it might be like to be one of the popular people, to sit at the top of the figurative social totem pole. You aren't popular, he reminded himself. He mentally shrugged.
The giggles and whispers in the corridors were the strangest. At first it didn't register. Then he'd read the Prophet.
He was hiding now, just for a bit. Writing away in his journal just to keep his mind from spinning. He wasn't thinking much at all, at this point. It was all going onto the parchment in tight, messy scrawl sprinkled with the occasional flourish.

Anna strolled down to the lake, liking the quiet peaceful surroundings of the school grounds. She was still trying to get used to being back and felt a bit antisocial. It wasn't that she wanted to be alone, but she didn't really feel like she fit in here at Hogwarts as much as she had before. She saw Silver sitting just within view and debated turning around for a moment before continuing on the path. "Hey Silver, long time no see."

Celyn was staring down at her cell phone. It never worked here, why did the magical world have to be at odds with the muggle world. Wasn’t the whole point to coincide with them or something? Punching random keys as if that would work, she kept her eyes down, not knowing where she was. Celyn felt a sudden chill, but she ignored it, still punching in keys. She wanted to talk to someone, anyone! Unfortunately, she was too introverted to make friends, especially because of the deal she made with her had…. she had to actually do good in classes.
Celyn looked up, but it was too late, her shoe caught on a rock and she tumbled forward catching herself in the last minute. Her phone on the other hand flew out of her hand and with an audible sound broke into many tiny pieces. “Oh nuts!” she got down on her knees and tapped her phone with her wand, but to no avail. Her phone was non-magical and if she tried fixing it it’s properties would change. Celyn was too busy trying to get her phone pieces together, she didn’t notice the others nearby.

Vannah hadn’t seen Silver since that one time in the Forest, even though she thought he wanted to see her again. She wasn’t sure what really happened down there…in the Forest. It was weird, she had a normal conversation. There was no fighting, no trying to dodge a touchy subject, no tears. It was just…normal. And pleasant. And she wanted to do it again, but it was hard to hold a normal conversation in a school of people she knew nothing about.
Clutched in her hand, Vannah held the Prophet. For once, what was written about her was not awful. Well, at least not compared to what had been written about her before. Including, but not limited to, the account of her death. Vannah had been headed back to the Forest, partially because it was her haven, her safe house, and partially because she had hoped that maybe she would run into Silver again. What she hadn’t expected was to see Silver sitting by the Lake. What more, she hadn’t expected to see him with another girl. She froze, not knowing what to do. Should she go over to him? She wanted to, but did he want her to? Was he purposefully avoiding her? Certainly if he wanted to see her, he would’ve sent an owl or something. Vannah just stood there, her eyes moving from the back of the girl’s head to the back of Silver’s head. She heard someone else fall near her, but didn't bother to look to see what happened. She just stared at the two of them like a fool, overcome with jealousy.

Silver blinked and looked up from his book, blinking again before the verses he'd been writing had faded enough to register the face in front of him. Annabelle. He hadn't seen her in a year, not since his brother's ceremony. He had no clue what to say, and his writing was still spinning in his mind.
The Angel's Blush... Well, that wouldn't be appropriate. What had she said? And how could he have forgotten so quickly?! "Uh, hi," he managed, then gave himself a mental kick. Smooth.

Anna glanced at the girl when she'd heard the explicit, but seeing that she was alright her attention was easily diverted back to Silver when he spoke. Uh, hi? She knew that she'd been gone for a while, and that Silver usually was pretty quiet, but she'd expected a little more after reappearing after a year's absence. Anna chided herself for her thoughts, it wasn't like they'd hung out all that often, and tried to think of what to say. 'hi' wasn't much of a conversation starter.
"I see you're still writing?" It was the only thing she could think of, they'd had such good conversations about his writing in the past and his quill in hand made it such an easy topic to lean on. "I still have my poem." Anna didn't realize she'd confessed out loud until she heard her own voice. She looked away, in the direction of the girl still fumbling with something small while she tried to hide her blush.

Celyn quickly gathered the remnants of her phone and shoved them into the pocket of her cloak. Standing up, she dusted her knee and looked up to the people. There was a guy and a girl off on one side and then another girl watching on the other. Turning to look at the guy, Celyn froze. She blinked repeatedly and shook her head then turned towards the blond standing off to the side. This was creepy. It was like watching her own memory the only difference was that Willow was replaced by a pretty brunette and instead of her standing off to the side, it was a blond.
Celyn wanted to laugh. So, it looked like Silver knows how to play his game. Leaning on a tree, Celyn refused to speak. No, she wanted to watch as this unfolded and enjoy some free entertainment. If anything, she could try and prevent it, but why? The guy seemed to never learn from his previous mistakes and he would deserve whatever he was going to get.

Vannah could feel eyes on her, practically burning a hole through her. She was used to it though, having people stare at her. She expected to hear the usual hushed whispers and soft gasps coming from some small group that was passing by, but they didn’t come. That was when she noticed a third person had appeared. This one was also a brunette, only she was standing off to the side. She drew her brow together and blinked repeatedly. What the hell?! Why was that girl looking at her?!
There was Silver, the guy she waited to hear from, wanted to get to know, with some other girl. Vannah glared back at the second girl across the way, lifting a brow. What the hell did she want?! She wasn’t hurting anyone by watching, but she was suddenly conscious of how desperate or creepy it may have looked. She took a few steps closer and stopped. Then she took a few more careful steps, and stopped a couple of meters away from where they were standing. This was ridiculous. She shouldn’t be there, he was obviously busy. With a short hmph! Vannah turned and started away before she embarrassed herself any more.
