"I saw this place before, I used to go to the candy shop a lot, but I never stopped here. Wish I had." But then he might never had met Eros, and that wasn't something he was willing to give up. He had had so much fun with Eros, even with the harsh stop that had come from it. It had all worked out just fine in the end, so it was all good.

"There's a candy shop?" Verity asked, amazed. Although she vaguely remembered seeing it on her way through Diagon Alley. Oh well, that was another adventure for another trip. She had to pace herself, let everything sink in. "This place is so awesome. I'm definitely coming back soon." Well, as soon as she could get more time off of the shop. Spare time wasn't as common as she would have liked it to be.

"Maybe we can come back sometime," Jory offered. "We could go to both, stock up for the week at the candy shop and eat here." He laughed lightly and shrugged. He didn't expect her to want to hang out with him once a week, but it would be fun, it would be nice to know that he would have someone to meet up with and talk to regularly.

"Of course!" Verity said. "Especially when the term starts again." She said with an automatic wince. Why did she have to bring up the next term? It was still summer, she wasn't supposed to be thinking about that yet. But still, Diagon Alley was far enough to get away from the school without it being too far or too big of a hassle to reach. And Verity had already decided that she would need to give herself more breaks from school this year so she didn't get so stressed out and short-fused like last year.

"We'll make it a thing," Jory said, nodding. It would be fun, something to look forward to during school. "So when do you want to head into London?" he asked, reaching into his pocket to be sure he had enough money for what he wanted. The last thing he needed was to go get a piercing and not have enough money, especially not with that guy.

“Umm, I can go whenever. I just need to check in with the shop to make sure they’ll be fine without me.” Verity said. She was so grateful that she had finally had a team that was efficient enough that she could just take nights off from the shop. She had done it a couple of times before and the place was still standing when she got back. She was a little more relaxed about leaving them in charge without her now. “It’ll just take a minute. I can pop in and and pop right back.” Verity explained. It was for things like this that she loved having her apparating license.

"That's okay," Jory said. "I want to head to Gringott's anyway and exchange a little money, just in case." The man they were going to was a wizard, but he wanted to have a little extra in case they needed or wanted to stop somewhere else while they were out. There were all kinds of shops lining the streets of London, so there was a high chance they would see somewhere they wanted to go.

Verity nodded. "I could meet you there. This will literally take me a few seconds." She said. A minute at the most, if all was well. She assumed all was well since she hadn't received any frantic messages that something had gone wrong. She had some muggle money with her already. It was something she usually carried around her ever since that time she had gotten stranded in a muggle town with only a few sickles and galleons. Verity had never been to Gringotts, but she assumed it was the giant stone building down the street that she passed earlier.

"That sounds good, I'll see you down there in a few minutes, then." Jory hoped the bank wasn't very crowded so that he could get in and out quickly and without having to wait in lines. The goblins already gave him the shivers and the less time he had to stay there with them, the better. Finally, he stood to head out so they could get going.

Verity lifted a hand and waved to him before getting up and dropping her trash in the rubbish bin. She slipped out of the Ice Cream Parlour. She ducked into an alley. Even though apparating was common among wizards, she didn't want to do it in a crowded area. Verity popped back to the Three Broomsticks and made sure everything was smooth sailing. She found it about halfway full of customers. Other than a grumpy customer or two, everything was fine and she popped back to Diagon Alley and headed to Gringotts to meet up with Jory again.

There was no line, as a matter of fact there were very few people in there at all. It was creepy how his footsteps echoed along with the scribbling of quills from the many goblins sitting at their high desks along the wall. He made his exchange as quickly as possible and muttered a low thank you before leaving, probably walking a tad faster than was strictly appropriate, to find Verity.
