If he'd heard it before, he'd definitely know by now that it was a trap trying to defend his masculinity. And if they pursued that line of conversation, he'd continue breaking noses until they got bored. He didn't bother stopping for them.

Lyric wanted desperately to give them four broken limbs apiece, but kept his jaw tightly clenched and refused to rise to the bait. He'd passed the shed now and was back in plain sight of other students. The best antidote to persistent asses like them was a full group of people who'd more likely take his side in a fight than theirs. As far as they knew, anyway. He didn't say anything to give them fuel.
