Ryan lead Layne down to the shrieking shack. As the got closer he started to look around to make sure no one else was there, and when he was sure that they were alone, he made his way up the front steps to the door. He turned around and looked at Layne "Not much I know, but its a nice secluded place where I can relax and just look into the sky and see all of the stars and the moon" he said with a smile as he gazed up at the beautiful night sky.

As Ryan lead Layne to the Shack, she got a weird sense that maybe this wouldn't be the best idea. After all, she only just met this guy. Well, he was a Hufflepuff, no danger to that really. Besides, she could take care of herself and so she smiled soflty as she looked up at the sky as well. "Yeah, really peaceful. Everythings...nice out here."

Layne shrugged, "I don't really have a story that's interesting. I'm a pureblood, my family is from Korea, I'm short, and well that's it. I'm boring." She couldn't really help that, nothing exciting ever happened to her. The last exciting thing to have happened was her best friend transfering to Hogwarts. "What about you?" She asked, "Your story's probably a lot more fascinating than mine."

"Where in the Unites States do you live?" Layne had visited that country many times, but she hadn't gone to many states, just a few many times. The ones she could name off the top of her head were California, Hawaii, and a few of the other ones that weren't as well known.

"Never been to Texas, but other places I've seen. I think Texas is one of the destinations on my parent's to-go list." Hadn't they said something about a whole road trip dealing with all of those states down in that area? Was it Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and a few others? Eh, it didn't concern her so Layne pushed it away from her mind.
