Ivy's spell almost missed. Almost. But almost wasn't enough, and Dare found himself toppling forward as ropes tangled around his ankles. He hit the ground hard, his full book bag doing nothing to break his fall and likely sending quills snapping and his bottle of ink cracking open. His lips moved in a soundless curse as he struggled to take a breath, and as he rolled over to work at the ropes, he wished he'd taken the time to pick up his wand.

Ivy jogged up to Dare and aimed her wand at his heart. "Sorry about this, but Michael deserves it," she said, then shrugged and went to grab his bag. They couldn't just leave those, someone would find it and something bad would happen. She knew exactly what she wanted to do, and leaving evidence wasn't part of it.

Lalita had been right there as Dare fell, she had just begun to trail directly on his heels. "Want me to take care of those?" She asked, crossing to Ivy and gesturing to the bags. Ivy had done plenty and there was still a lot more to be done. Lalita's role in this wasn't happening extreamly soon, so she wanted to help out in whatever way she could until it was time.

"What the f~ do you think you're doing?" Dare demanded. He stopped pulling at the ropes, but held tightly to his bag, brows narrowing despite the probable danger of doing so. Ivy was psychotic, and apparently she'd brainwashed Lalita, who hadn't had any problems with him the day they'd met. Or so he'd thought. He would have thrown her a withering glare if he'd been stupid enough to take his eyes off the freak.

"I'm doing what the rest of the population is too scared to do," Ivy said, then nodded at Lalita. "Drop the bag." She was perfectly in her own right to do this; she could take the law into her own hands if she saw fit. Those in authority didn't see fit to do this, so she would. "And I need your lipring." She could take it off herself if she needed to, but it would just be so much easier if he would do it for her.

Lalita stepped foreward, "Give me the bag." She ordered. Then mouthed so Ivy wouldn't see or hear, Please. She wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty either, but it would be easier to play the nice card again. Sort of a good cop bad cop thing going with her being the good one, and Ivy as....well, the obvious. Besides, as a bonus, if Dare thought she was secretly being nice then he might think she would try to help him later. Trust was something she was good at getting to make one more vulnerable.

After a moment's persistent stubbornness, Lalita's pretense at politesse worked. He pulled the strap over his head, though he did his best to work a little sleight of hand and loosen the strap in the process. If the bag fell and things spilled out, it could be an amazing help. As for the lip ring, Dare shook his head. "Buy one at the jewellery shop," he said. Why in hell would she want his lip ring?

"But if I buy the wrong one then how will I convince Michael?" Ivy asked, raising an eyebrow at Dare. Then she sighed heavily and rolled her eyes. "You can either give it to me now, or I can take it later." She would much rather him just give it to her, though. At least he was almost cooperating.

Lalita caught the loosening of the bag, just barely. Taking it from him, she made sure to be careful with it. She gave Dare a thankful nod before returning back to Ivy's side. As Ivy spoke, Lalita searched through the bag, hoping to find something -anything- that could help them out even more. Most of it seemed like the usual things one would have in their bag, but she kept digging through to find something.

Dare's heart seized at Ivy's words; How will I convince Michael? His mind flashed back to Adara, her father and Emilian, and the bits of charred wand that had them all convinced he was dead. "No," he said firmly, and as his gaze snapped away from Ivy to see Lalita digging through his bag, an even louder "No! What the f~ do you think you're doing?!" He took a swipe at Ivy's wand, fully intending to take it away. If they wanted him, they'd have to f~ing kill him, because he was not letting them use him against Michael.

Ivy jumped back and aimed another incarcerous at Dare's hands. "It's not like I'm going to hurt him or something," she said, rolling her eyes. "Or you, unless you keep on fighting like this." She didn't really intend on hurting either of them, at least not physically. "Things would move so much better if you'd just do what I'm asking."

Lalita stopped rummaging through Dare's things, and looked at him and Ivy. Then, looking down into what remained in her hands, she remembered that she was still holding Dare's wand. She put it into his bag with his other things, then tightened her grip even more. Even though he currently was unable to grab his things again, she made sure that it wouldn't be possible even if he could.

Dare swore violently at Ivy, wanting desperately to haul back his legs and kick her or throw his fists into her throat. "I'm not f~ing letting you f~ with Michael!" he shouted, the words furious. "You don't f~ing know what you're doing, he's not a f~ing Death Eater anymore!" He wasn't going to cooperate, wasn't going to obey and give her his lip ring. He'd rather swallow it just to screw up whatever the hell she had planned.

"You're not letting me," Ivy pointed out. "You're putting on quite a good show of resisting." She shrugged and glanced back at Lalita. "Do you need me to help you take him to the Shack or can I go ahead?" she asked, ignoring the rest of what Dare had said. She just needed to get some hairs and change, or transfigure her own clothes to look enough like his to pass.

"I've got it taken care of. I can meet up with you when you're ready." Lalita was sure that she could get Dare to calm down long enough for her to walk him up to the shack. Besides, she had her wand still and did a very good levitating charm. Whatever way she would use, it would work.
