Silver shook his head, though it wasn't an answer to any of what Quinn had said. He was trying to come to terms with the idea of Dare playing again, and the fact that he hadn't told him. What was that all about? What was Dare hiding? And who was Madison? "I don't know," Silver said, his voice low. "I ought to go, too." He started packing up as well. He needed to go somewhere and think about all this, see if he could find any answers from himself before he went to Brindle and asked if she knew anything.

Figures, Quinn thought to herself, she couldn't keep either of them to talk to her. She wished that she had Markise with her, he'd make sure there was at least someone to talk to. "It's okay, I understand, maybe I'll see you in class, get to know you better." She didn't understand, but she wanted to, "I feel like I left you out of the conversation. Sorry." Quinn definitely didn't want to alienate someone before she'd had the chance to get to know them.

Silver shook his head, keeping his head low enough that his hair obscured the better part of his face. "It's fine," he said. He preferred not to talk when he could get out of it, so he didn't feel left out at all. "I'll see you in class," he echoed, then gave the girl one brief glance before taking off.

((Not interrupting this convo, just adding Jasmine's thoughts on the class so she can get participation))

Jasmine almost went over to Brooke to say hi, but decided against it when the essay was assigned. Reintroductions could be dealt with later, this assignment was a big one! Since when had Brooke been one of those teachers that gave a lot of homework? Oh well. Jasmine started writing using the pen, a not too unfamiliar object since she had Brooke last year, and continued writing until her hand hurt with a most severe writing cramp.
