Marguerite found that when she went up to her dorm, a charm had been put on the door and it was shut. She would've tried to pry it open if she had not seen the red scrunchie hanging on the door knob--an acknowledged and appreciated warning. Without any books or much of anything else to occupy her time she decided to go down to the lake, one of her favorite spots at Hogwarts. The cool wet breeze reminded her of their beach house in Spain.
The lake seemed pretty full considering it was a warm day. She strolled around a while before she it: the perfect spot. The tree had a slight curve at the trunk that would probably fit the curve in her spine perfectly. It was right next to the water and there was no one else there. She made her way over to the tree when something ran into her. Unable to regain her balance, Marguerite fell and hit the hard ground with a soft thud. "Hey! Watch where you're going!"

Ryan reached out to try to grab the girl but he couldn't get to her before she fell. Ryan looked down and offered his hand for help "I am very sorry for that."

It took Marguerite a few seconds to recuperate. "On t'a bercé trop près du mur?!" She muttered angrily under her breath. She pushed off the ground and stood up. She brushed bits of dirt and grass off her jeans. "Are you blind? Watch where you're going!" She hissed still upset about the fall. Or was she more upset that her beloved roomie locked her out of her room so she could do god-knows-what until god-knows-when.

Ryan sighed "I'm sorry. I haven't been thinking clearly lately, a lot going on. Is there anything I can do to make it up to you?" he said as he looked at the girl. She was very pretty, and as far as Ryan could tell he had not met her before.

Marguerite shook her head. She was always the one being run into. Was she really that invisible? “I don’t suppose you could convince my dorm mate to let me in every once in a while, can you? Nevermind, it doesn’t matter much.” She said letting out a low sigh at the end of her rant.
Marguerite noticed the huge grass stain on her ass and all over her shorts. Not the best time to be wearing white shorts, is it? “Great.” She muttered. “Turn around.” She instructed.

Ryan nodded and turned around and waited for her to finish.

Marguerite pulled her wand out of her back pocket. She pointed the tip of it at her shorts and muttered "Scourgify," to get rid of the nasty stains on her beautiful clothing. She proceeded to do the same to the back of her shirt, just in case it too had gotten messed up when she was bombarded. While her wand was out, Marguerite decided to fix herself up. Her makeup was redone and any flyaways in her hair were set back into place. Oh, the wonders of magic. The silly boy was still turned around which is more she could say for most other guys. Before she could stop herself she pointed her wand at his shoes and watch in amusement as his shoe ties tied themselves together. Such an elementary trick, but she could have her fun. It wasn't like he didn't deserve it anyways.

Ryan laughed to himself and calmly pointed his wand at his feet and his shoelaces went back to normal. He turned around and looked at the girl "So I am guessing you are a Slytherin?" He asked with a smile. He took this moment to actually look the girl over completely for the first time. She was very pretty and Ryan decided to stop looking before he got himself in trouble.

Marguerite nodded. "Oui. I am." She said looking Ryan over. She waited for his reaction. A flinch maybe? Or would he play it off cool? She found that many people at Hogwarts judged harshly depending on which house was which. They were all juvenile, what did it matter?

Ryan smiled "That's cool, I am friends with quite a few slytherin's. So I haven't seen you around here before, so what is your name?"
