"Ohmygosh," Meody said soflty, "I'm so sorry about your parents." She coudn't even begin to imagine what that must be like. Having only lived through the death of one parent, Melody knew that was hard enough. But two parents and right in front of you! That was a true tradegy. But then again, on the bright side, she had found a loving family so be with. Of course, it would never make up for her real parents, it was better then nothing. With a small twist of her hair, Melody longed to just give the girl a hug but of course, knew that would seem really weird so she didn't.
