Dahlia spent more time in the forest than she'd admit, mostly because it was a quiet place to get away. Tonight it wasn't so quiet though. She could see some kids up ahead. "You should be in the castle," she said. One look and she could tell they were Slytherins. She decided to let them off with a warning. "Don't stay out too long."

"Right," Chase said, wondering why the professor had even bothered coming over if she wasn't going to do anything. He ignored the woman and turned his attention back to Storm. She'd asked him if he thought she was boring. Hearing about other people's dramas put his own into perspective. He still felt like he was on the outside looking in, but at least he could begin to understand what he was seeing. "You don't bore me, but I know I'm boring you. That's why I stay in the shadows. Can't bore people if they don't know you're there." Chase's lips curved a bit, the tease more for himself than for her.

Storm only nodded her head at the professor and then let out a choked gasp Storm shook her head at him.
"Ugh your way to hard on yourself and you don't even notice it." she said a grin forming on her lips.
"Maybe if you left the shadows more people would see what I'm seeing." her grin turning to a genuine smile.

Chase raised an eyebrow, but he couldn't help smiling a little anyway. "And what do you see?" he asked. He knew what he saw: a girl whose eyes practically begged him to kiss her. Someone who was sure no one loved her, though he'd bet there were a few broken hearts she didn't even know about.

She shook her head slowly her smile turning mischievous and whispered.
"If I told you I would have to kill you.” She started to laugh enjoying her own personal joke, she hadn’t known why but the conversation sparked up one of the only memories she wished to remember.

Chase gave a smile that didn't quite reach his eyes. It figured. She probably saw the same thing everyone else did. That egotistical guy in the corner. It was why he'd been put in Slytherin, he was sure of it. Chase decided not to think about that right now. Storm was laughing again, and she probably didn't do that very often. "If you killed me, would you remember you'd done it tomorrow?" If she did, it might just be worth it to be remembered. Chase realized he was dragging things down. "You don't have to answer that."

Storm froze for a second her eyes pleading with him to understand that she was only joking.
"Chase I would never do that." she said ignoring his comment about not having to answering.
"I'll be completely honest with you, If I did do it I wont live with myself knowing I stole someone's life, I would remember you, and it would be painful for me, but don't you every think I would really kill you." she said crossing her arms over her chest pretending to be mad at him, she was slightly offended that he even thought of that, but she was also glad that he took her a little more seriously then last time, or at least she hoped he did.

"Storm, I don't really think you'd kill me," Chase said apologetically. "It was just...we were talking about if anyone would remember us, and you were here..." Chase realized he was digging himself a hole and tried to backpedal. "I know you wouldn't kill anyone, you're way too sweet. You're just a realist, you know?" Well, maybe not so sweet. He'd first seen her tormenting other kids, but he had a feeling it was more of a show than because she was really sadistic.

Storm turned towards him uncrossing her arms and instead laughed she gave him a swift peck on the cheek and smiled.
"Now your turning really soft on me." she said her smiled not wavering
"But I like this side of you." she felt slightly elated at the moment and was sure nothing could break her spirits at the moment, unless a Dementor happened to swoop by them.

Chase gave a short chuckle. "That's me, a hardened Slytherin with a soft, creamy center." He didn't know what it was about Storm that brought that out in him, but he was enjoying himself. Impulsively, Chase leaned over and brought his lips to Storm's for a kiss.

Storm smiled as he kissed her and enjoyed it immensely. She didn't move in the beginning, but then abruptly pulled away a grin forming on her lips.
"You enjoy yourself way to much, I think I should make you work for it, or can you convince me otherwise?" she asked him a mischievous glint in her eyes.

Chase grinned. "You can never enjoy yourself too much," he said. To prove his point, he wrapped his arms firmly around Storm to give her a kiss that would make the others pale in comparison. As far as he was concerned, life could be about nothing more than the pursuit of enjoyment. Of course, that attitude often got him into trouble, but he chose not to think about consequences.

Storm grinned and put her arm securely around his neck puling him closer the intense kiss making her feel intoxicated. Storm smiled into the kiss and pulled away.
"Looks like someones getting ahead of himself." she had moved her hands from around his neck and they trailed down resting on his chest. She could feel his arms around her body and she knew she was trapped in his grasp although she wasn't complaining.

"I could let you go..." Chase teased, though his arms only tightened a bit. He didn't intend to let her go, not after the subtle invitations she'd been giving him all night. "You didn't drag me into the forest for the conversation, did you?" His eyes gleamed red-brown in the meager light filtering through the trees.

She smiled slightly panting from the heated kiss.
"I did, but I guess I got this with the package, and besides it was you who found me." she said grinning, she meant every word she said and shifted slightly noticing his arms were literally locked around her. She liked the way his eyes gleamed and couldn't restrain herself from leaning in closer.
"But you know I'm almost glad you found me, I thought that I would have to stay all by myself until morning and then rush to my dorm pretending to be asleep the whole time." she then realized that it wasn't as dark, but the sun hadn't coompletly risen up.
"It seems the night is fading away a little to fast for my liking." in said fake whining voice.
