Larten told Markise to meet him at Aroma for the business plan. Larten really didn't care what his pictures or designs looked like , he only wanted Markise happy. He would like a 10 % of the sales , which was small compared to the amount of money he is giving. He wouldn't need any more than that.

Markise was feeling very high-strung today. He wasn't really worried about Larten liking his work, since he realized that he was only looking at it to be polite, but it made him feel better. What was stressing him out so much was the cafe. Mano owned this place, and it had the likelihood of becoming very awkward. Markise just reminded himself that he and Mano had never had any sort of relationship, and so it didn't count.
When he finally got to the cafe, his eyes did a quick sweep of the room before sighing in relief. Mano wasn't anywhere visible. He took a seat at the table across from Larten and gave a smile that was as excited as it was nervous. "Sorry I'm late," he apologized.

Larten smiled and wanted to kiss him but there was people around. " Its alright " he said with a smile. He looked at Markise with a look telling him that he wasn't ready to show everyone their relationship. He hoped Markise understood. " So...I think...I would take 10 % of the sales and thats that. " he said with a smile.

Markise's eyes had widened at that brief moment when he'd known Larten wanted to kiss him. He didn't miss the other look either, the one that said Larten wouldn't out them. He realized then that they hadn't talked about keeping things hidden and his nerves tripled. He was definitely going to remember to bring that up when it was safe.
He shook his head and got down to business, hardly noticing how his voice and mannerisms changed when he was in public, he'd been hiding things for so long. He was obviously a guy now, his voice lowered from its usual soft tone as he opened his book and turned it so that Larten could see.
"So far I've only gotten to actually make everyday clothes. This one here is a winter coat I made for a friend." Friend. Ha. "The last time I saw it, it still looked new and I know it's been treated rough. And I'll never pay you back at 10%. Make it 50% and I'll still be able to get going."

Larten nodded. He so wanted to jump over the table right now and rip the cloths off of him but he didn't. " Ok..Looks good to me...So..Is it a deal ? " he said ready to take Markise to a safe place. He wanted to talk to him about some stuff about their relationship. ( I have to go..sorry )

((Aww. Well, I'll be on tomorrow!))
Markise looked up at Larten for a moment, his eyes slightly widened at the look he saw there. He glanced around the cafe again to be sure no one was watching, then turned back to his boyfriend, his tongue sweeping briefly over his lips as he nodded. "It's a deal," he said. He knew exactly what Larten was thinking and it got his mind running too, but he had plenty of practice in holding back in public places. He shuffled quickly to the back of his sketchbook, bypassing the other drawings he'd brought, and drawing out a scroll of parchment.
"Okay, don't be... offended or anything, but I really wanted to make sure that this was business. I don't want it... affecting anything." Markise hoped Larten knew what he was talking about. "So... it's a wizarding contract, magically binding and stuff. Will you sign it?" It stated the terms that Larten had given the last time they'd met, about the amounts of money, and it stated Markise's plan for paying it back.

Larten nodded and looked at the contract. He signed it and smiled. He looked at Markise and gave the paper back to him. " It is official.." he said with a grin.

Markise's lips curved, and all the excitement came back, bubbling over in his glittering blue eyes. It was all he could do to stay in his seat rather than jumping up to kiss Larten. For all that he could change his mannerisms in a heartbeat, he knew he was terrible at disguising emotion, and so he dropped his gaze to the contract, giving it a quick evanesco for safekeeping. He knew he was grinning. "Thank you," he murmured, looking back up at Larten.

Larten smiled and stood. He motioned for Markise to follow him. He kept walking to te back of the Cafe shop were no one could see them. He wanted to talk to him and kiss him...Most of all he wanted to kiss him.

Markise had felt a wash of relief when Larten stood. He'd gathered up his book and been ready to leave the cafe. The moment Larten turned toward the back though, Markise's eyes had widened. He'd given a brief look around the cafe again, then followed, not because he had any intentions at all of letting Larten kiss him here, but because they needed to talk now. "What are you doing?" he asked under his breath when they were alone. Painfully close to a door that led into the owner's apartment.

" I need to talk ..." he said looking down. He looked at the owners door and put a silencing charm around them. " I...I'm not ready to come out with our relationship...I'm sorry..It's just that...You know" he said. He really didn't know how to say what he was saying. " I reallyyyyyyyyy like you...I mean I really do." he said with a grin. " But I'm just not ready to go out in the open." he said.

That wasn't what Markise had expected to hear. "I wasn't doing anything to out us, if that's what you wanted to tell me couldn't we have talked about it somewhere else?" Every time Markise thought he knew what to expect from Larten he ended up being surprised. "You've been looking at me like..." Markise glanced around and lowered his voice further. "Like you wanted to devour me the whole time we're here and you're telling me to keep it quiet?"

Larten looked down again " Yea.."he said. He didn't want this getting out right now...When he truly knows these feelings are true for Markise he will tell the whole world...But for now he wanted to keep it a secret. He looked up at Markise. " I am sorry " he said.

Markise gave a light sigh at Larten's apology. He felt a little bad for having snapped, but coming out was a huge deal, and Markise wanted nothing of it. "It's okay," he told Larten. "I just... I'm not coming out again--not coming out," he corrected himself. "I get paranoid about people seeing something, or hearing something. So don't worry about me doing anything obvious."

Larten smiled. " Ok..." he took Markise's hand and lead him out of the corner. He made sure no one was around and lead him to the Wand shop.
