Well with the Academy awards less than 3 weeks away this is the time of the year when me and my dad start watching the movies on the Best Picture list... this year the 5 nominated movies are: The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Frost/Nixon, Milk, The Reader, and Slumdog Millionaire.... I have now seen 2 movies on the list, Benjamin Button and Milk... Both were really good movies, but if i had to pick one of the two that has the better chance it is Benjamin Button... That was my early favorite to win the award when they first announced the nominations, but since then part of me is thinking this might be the year for the underdog... I am starting to think Slumdog Millionaire might actually win the Best Picture award, im not so sure it will deserve it, but it is winning all the other awards given out by all the other organizations.... I do have one award that I already know who will win, and have it picked on my list already... Heath Ledger will win for Best Supporting Actor for his role as the Joker in The Dark Knight... It will be a sad award to be given out, but it will be an award that is deserved.... This weekend I will be seeing Frost/Nixon, and I am ready to see this movie.... I will be coming back when i see them to say what i think will win each award.
