Personality: He considers himself to be a ladies' man, but he is a more observant and considerate person than he lets on. He prefers to flirt so that he doesn't have to invest his emotions too much into a relationship. He is intelligent, but tends to hide this by acting foolishly. His twin sister is the only person that he will fully trust.
Background: He has a twin sister, an older brother, and a younger sister. His parents are both employed in the Ministry of Magic. Their family is pureblood and fairly straightlaced. When he arrived at Hogwarts, he was quiet and reserved; however, after a few years, his sister and he both came out of their shells.
