I've heard the older students talking about it and yes I know the password but I was thinking the whomping willow" She had overheard the password from one of the older students boasting about it in the commons, but still she prefered walking under the Whomping Willow and into the shrieking shack.

"You've never seen Hogsmeade at night have you?" When she was younger her parents took Gwen to Hogsmeade occasionally. "It's pretty cool, lots of stuff everywhere. And the Whomping Willow doesn't bite if you know what to do"

'Never at night. That sounds fun. Shall we go do homework now and go to Hogsmeade tonight? Should we go to the common room or the library? How will we get to the Whomping Willow without getting caught? Are we going tonight?" Violet was so excited. She had never had so many questions since she found out she was a witch.

Gwen laughed, "I can never say we won't get caught because theres a possibility we might but thats the fun part, besides you manage to get out of Hogwarts and making it to the Willow is easy."

Violet was excited. She had never really broken the rules before, other than taking library books onto the grounds.
"So we'll go tonight, then? Once we finish our homework?"

"Sure, it'll be fun and we won't get caught...well I hope we won't." She looked at her watch 11 it blinked. Gwen frowned again. "I have to go, where will you be doing your homework? I'll drop by and study with you later on"

"Uhh well, probably the library," Violet replied sadly. She was NOT looking forward to homework. She had an entire roll of parchment due for Charms, and a Potions essay due Monday.
