Description: Cleo has tanned skin all year round which has a golden glow to it. She has dark eyes, often described as chocolate brown. She has brown hair with caramel highlights which falls past her shoulders and is gently wavy. She is quite tall and has an athletic build. She also has a tiny tattoo of a butterfly on the back of her neck where it meets her shoulder, but it is often covered by her hair and so hardly anyone knows she has it.
Personality: Cleo is often described as a flirt and she can be pretty heartless. She can sometimes go behind her friends backs but she is normally extremely loyal. If she sees something she wants, she goes after it until it is hers. she is extremely bright, but can be lazy in class and so her grades although good, aren't outstanding. She is a tease and doesn't take life seriously. she knows how to throw a good party.
Background: Cleo is the youngest of an old pure blood family. Although her family are Voldemort supporters, they weren't actually death eaters. She has an older brother who works abroad and Cleo was brought up in a society of old wizarding balls and social occasions. When required she can act like a proper young lady but when her parents' backs were turned she would flirt with all the boys. She has never brought shame upon her family however as she can be sly, cunning and discreet. Her father is pushing her for a traditional marriage with another old family, but Cleo just wants to follow her heart and is desperate to escape.
