Emilian didn't particularly feel comfortable leaving his shop, he constantly felt like he was being watched. Or, not like he was being watched, he felt the eyes on him as he moved. He hated it and, added to the stress of not seeing Adara, it didn't make for a happy Emilian. But, he had to leave his shop, or he would go insane, not to mention he had errands he had to run. So, no matter the discomfort he felt when he turned on that door to lock it then turned his back to it, he had to do it.

(((Note to readers; this isn't Herr Snow himself, but an "associate" who works for him. Herr Snow wouldn't do the dirty work himself.)))
They had received their orders only a short time ago and had been waiting for an opportunity which came surprisingly fast. Only one man rounded the corner beside the shop, but others waited nearby, ready should their assistance be neccessary. The man stopped directly in Sota's path with no more apology than a slight incline of his head. "Mr. Sota, may I have a word with you?" he asked.

Emilian barely stopped to glance at the man with narrowed eyes. "Feel free to walk with me," he said in feign politeness. "But I have errands I need to run, if you don't mind." He didn't know why the man had decided to finally come out of the shadows and confront him, but he did know that he didn't like the idea of staying put on the fairly empty street when he knew there were more waiting in the shadows. He stepped to the side and tried to go around, wanting to duck into a store.

The man's lips curved into a smile that did not at all extend to his eyes as he stepped aside, one hand reaching out to catch the boy's arm. "I misspoke," he said, falsely apologetic. "I wish a few moments of your time. Surely your errands can wait that long?" This would be far easier if he could secure Sota's cooperation. Force was to be a last resort.

Emilian's eyes went, if possible, even colder at being stopped. "Actually," he said cooly, "They are urgent and I am already running late thanks to a misshap with my register." It was a lie, one he was almost positive they would catch, but he wasn't just going to do whatever they wanted, he wanted to get away from them. He matched the man's smile as he stepped to the side, pulling out of the man's grasp.

The man's hand arched in a quick gesture that brought two more men stepping out of the shadows, stopping close enough to assist, should they need to, but just distant enough that there was, as of yet, no aggression in their movement. The man who had been speaking to Emilian did not let his cold smile falter. "Herr Snow wishes us to extend to you the offer of his hospitality," he said.

"Well," Emilian said, not even sparing a glance for the other two men, though his muscles tensed and he felt his heartbeat speed up. "I will have to ask you to tell him that I decline his offer, I don't have the time to make the trip to Diagon Alley today." He was very glad for his wand at his side, he knew he wasn't going to be leaving now, he was going to Diagon Alley, whether he wanted to or not.

The man did not need to gesture to his associates this time. They closed in, one on each side, the third to the front, blocking him in. Two of the three raised their wands into dueling position, fixing them on Emilian. The third spoke again, all pretense of a smile having faded. "You will come, Mr. Sota, or you will be brought."

Emilian didn't reach for his wand, it served as a comfort that, if he needed it as a last resort, he could use it, it wasn't good for much else in the situation he was in. "I suppose you will just have to take me, then," he said, "Because I will not go of my own accord." He had given in to the fact that he was going to be giving Herr Snow a visit, he wasn't going to fight in the middle of the street about it.
