Larten was taking him a quick nap in his new chair he just bought . He was dreaming about Cassie and him if they where together . He was dreaming about Mari and Gabby...And somehow Elosie got in there . He smiled as he slept and was waiting for someone to come threw the doors.

Julius stormed through the door in a rage. "WAKE UP YOU PIECE OF SH!T! WAKE THE F$%^ UP!" Julius whipped out his wand, and was pointing it at Larten's heart. He took a deep breath, but his anger would not ebb away. "Cassie told me what happened. She told me you.............." Julius didn't want to think about it. He sighed, but his hand held steady. "You just don't quit don't you? I guess I am just going to have to remove you from the picture then. Now wake up, I want to see you as your life leaves your eyes."

Larten woke up Lazily " Oh...Hello " he said looking trying to focus his vision . When he relized he had a wand at his chest and stood up and pulled out his own " Ello Julius ..." he said softly . " You attack me your going to Askaban ...Just telling you that if I dont kill you first . " he pointed his wand at Julius .

Julius smiled. "Oh no Larten, don't send me to Azkaban!" Julius said, sarcasm ringing in every word. Julius laughed openly. "First, Azkaban is not an option boy, that's one of the beauty's of being an ex-auror, so many connections still in the Department of Magikal Law Enforcement. Who do you think they are going to believe, exspecially when Cassie is there to give testimony." Julius smiled, and eyed Larten's wand. "Come on now kid, do you really think you have a shot at beating me? You really must be insane. Come on, ill give you the first shot. Show me your best shot boy."Julius stood there, poised and ready to cause Larten as much pain as possible.

Larten smiled " Of course ..." he smiled and flicked his wand " Expelliarmus ! " he said thinking of nothing but Julius's wand . After that spell left his wand he yelled . " Expulso ! " he pointed at a stack of books taller than Julius which was beside him .

Julius smiled, and gracefully twisted where he stood, disappearing for a second, and reappearing behind Larten. As the books fell where Julius once stood, Julius pointed at Larten's wand. "Expelliarmus!" As the first spell left his wand, he pointed at Larten's back. "Stupefy!"

Larten jumped down and the spell hit a nearby wardobe. He turned around and punched Julius in the face and pushed him into the wall . He grabed his wand and thought of the only curse that would come to mind "Avada Kedavra " a jet of green light left his wand and went straight for Julius's head .

Julius smiled, and disappeared yet again, reappearing behind Larten. He punched Larten in the back of the head, and grabbed his wand out of his hand. He put Larten in a chokehold, brought him to the ground, and sat on his back, putting both wands to the back of his head. "Perfectis Totalis" Satisfied, Julius got up off of Larten, smiling. "Now let's discuss the topic at hand. I thought I had already warned you once to stay away from Cassie, and yet here you are, groping her again. Now, what are we going to do about this?"

Julius smiled as he looked down and saw the fear and anger in Larten's eyes. "Did you actually think you could beat me boy? Me, an ex-auror, and ex-death eater! Oh, yes, I have been to the dark side son, and it is about time that I resummoned that side of me, and teach you the meaning of respect, you insolent son of a b!tch." Julius held his wand ready, thinking about what was the best spell to use on him.

Cassie was wandering past the shop when she saw what was going on. Her eyes widened in horror and she rushed inside. "Julius don't!" she cried, pulling her own wand, just in case. "Sweetie he's not worth it" she said, her voice softer and calmer.

Larten's eyes where tearing now . This man is attacking a 6th year . Wait to Hells hears about this . Wait to his Father hears about this . I think he would personally kill Julius , Oh well...Larten eyes went to Cassie's asking her why did she tell him .

Julius paid no attention to Cassie which was quite phenominal indeed. His anger wouldn't let him see past Larten. He smiled down at his prone body, a look of pure demonic pleasure on his face. "Goodbye lover boy.............." Julius swished his wand in the air, and pointed it back down at Larten. "Sectumsempra!"

"Protego!" Cassie cried at the same time, she would not let Julius kill Larten, he was not worth it. Just as her spell left her wand she turned to Julius, hesitating for only a second before crying "Stupefy!" at him, trying to knock him out. She waited, her heart in her mouth, to see what happened.
