Dare's lips curved, a true smile that made his eyes glow. "I don't mind," he said, a light chuckle teasing in his voice. As first kisses went, it had been light, mellow, but there was so much behind it that it was undeniably unforgettable. Dare's eyes searched Michael's, memorizing the look in them for later, when he'd be alone with his sketchbook. "So what did you think?" he asked, smoothing his fingers again into Michael's hair.

Michael smiled broadly and stared into Dare's eyes, he loved Dare's eyes. "I think," he said, "That I wouldn't mind trying it again." His eyes danced, he was glad he had did it, and didn't regret it at all. One hand came up to mimick Dare's motions in his hair while the other remained with Dare's other hand, not willing to break that contact just yet.

It was late, just past curfew when Dahlia slipped into the Room of Requirement, expecting to find a private bar. Instead, she found two teenage boys who looked like the cats who'd been in the cream. She cleared her throat and arched one thin brow at them. "Curfew is passed," she said, holding the door open with one pale hand. "I suggest you boys make your way back to your common rooms."

Dare blinked as he broke his gaze from Michael's, looking up at the voice who'd interrupted. She was a teacher, by the look of her, and either she was oblivious to what she'd just walked in on, or she didn't really mind. Either way, Dare looked back at Michael, a quick apologetic glance that asked to extend the moment to another try. Then he stood and began to gather his things.

Michael looked away and stood up, suddenly awkward with the knowledge that a professor had just walked in. A shiver went up his spine at the thought that she could have come in just a few minutes before. "I'll see you," he said, looking back at Dare before walking to the door, avoiding the woman's eyes.

Dahlia's brow didn't lower. She wasn't specifically trying to intimidate, but she had to stand firm or the kids would learn to walk all over her. She turned her attention from the redhead to the kid with the hair and gave him a pointed look. Hurry it up.

Dare paid no attention to the look on the Professor's face. He was used to all kinds of dirty looks, so he just ignored her as he passed through. "I'll see you around," Dare said to Michael. He paused, considering, then decided against it and turned toward his common room.
