Julius wasn't sure if what he was doing was the best thing. I mean, if she hadn't said anything to him by now.....then............but..........honesty was the best policy, and being a man, and confronting this issue head on was what Julius thought was best. Cassie had pled with him not to do this. To just let it go, and for them to go on with their lives, but Julius just couldn't do that. He had already decieved Hells once. He refused to do it again. Reaching her door, Julius took a deep breath to calm his nerves, and knocked on the door.

Hells had been busy working in her office when she heard the knock. She had been meticulously planning the upcoming ball and what with music to arrange and decor ideas, Hells had hardly left her office. She called out to whomever was at the door, asking them to come in as she swept the papers from her desk into a somewhat untidy pile, a little glad that she had been disturbed so her hand could take a rest from writing, but a little annoyed that her flow of thought had been interrupted. She waited for the door to open to see who it was that wanted to speak with her.

Julius stood still for a second, his hand frozen on the doorknob as Hells called him in. Was this really the right thing to do? Was he going crazy? Julius smiled to himself and thought of Cassie. Yes, yes he was going crazy, but crazy felt so good. Julius took a deep breath, and entered the office. He saw Hells sitting at her desk, shuffling some papers around. He slowly walked forward, the remnants of his smile still on his face. "Hells....Headmistress......can I talk to you for a second?"

Hells kept her face free of emotion as she glanced across to Julius. "I think so. Take a seat." She said, clamping her hands together in her lap. Hells was tired and hungry and Julius only ever came when there was trouble of some sort and she knew that it was this once again. The small smile on his face was proof of the fact. Sometimes Julius was too cocky for his own good and never thought of the consequences of his actions, or at least, didn't appear to think of them, otherwise he wouldn't get into trouble like this over and over again.
"You wish to talk to me Julius?"

Julius sighed and took a seat. It wasn't that Julius particuarly cared what happened to him, nor was he nervous, it was just...........complicated, and Julius hated complicated things. He smiled at the Headmistress, and crossed his legs. "Yes, I would like to talk to you Hells, and I believe you already know why I am here. In fact the entire school knows why I am here thanks to that charming Gossip Column." Julius looked at Hells, waiting for her to react.

"Well, I'm afraid Julius, I don't tend to read the gossip column. Nor have I left this office for I have been dealing with the preparations for the Ball. However, whatever it is that has been in Gaby's column is troubling you enough to come here and sit in my office, you best speak up and tell me what it is." Hells spoke the truth. Too often Gaby had ridiculed her in the paper, leading to Hells to cancel her subscription and ignore what was written. There was the occasional article that was sent to Hells, but with the week Hells had had, all owls had been put to one side to deal with the masquerade ball that was nearing.

Julius smiled. "I wouldn't exactly say that it has been troubling me Hells, as you can see I am very at peace right now. I just have lied and decieved you before, and I don't want to do that again. So, I am going to be honest with you. I have a growing relationship right now. It is nothing you can stop, whether or not you fire me. Now you may be wondering, why would I fire him? Ah, you see my relationship happens to be with a student at this school, a sixth year to be exact. Yes, it is shocking to say the least, but I would assume that a woman as wise as you would know that Love knows no bounds. It does not know age, or time, or race, or gender, and it can strike at the most unusual of times." Julius smiled, and titled his head to the side, waiting for Hell's reaction.

"A woman as wise as I, Julius, would know that seeing a student is morally wrong. You may think of it as love 'that strikes at the most unusual of times', however you have completely disregarded the responsibilities you hold. Myself as well as the parents of the children, entrust the professors to teach the students about right and wrong and lead a good example, yet here you are throwing that aside to bask in the delight of having a relationship with a student. You sit there, smug with yourself preaching to me about love and not wanting to lie and deceive me when you have done just that. Starting this relationship, whilst a professor at the school, is disgusting. I admit some of the students are not as naive as others, yet to even consider dating them is something you should be ashamed off. Everyone else manages to restrain themselves, so why are you any different? Everytime you have the decision to do the right thing, you chose to take the wrong path. Your past shows that. One would have thought that you had learnt from your mistakes, yet you come and do it again and disappoint me once more. You are fired. And you are right, it won't be up to me to stop your 'relationship'. It will be up to the student's parents, for I will be visiting them personally to let them know of the situation and let them deal with it, which I can imagine will be involving the ministry. She is still a minor after all. You sicken me to the core Julius. You are a selfish, selfish man that thinks of nobody but yourself. I strip you off everything and ban you from the castle and it's grounds. If I see you, I shall deal with you severely." Hells sat and looked at Julius, anger undisguised across her face. "Get out of my office Julius. Get out of my school. Anything you have to say in your defence, I don't want to hear it."

Julius had known that this little tirade was coming. In fact, he would have been surprised if she hadn't say something like this. It made no difference to him whatsoever what Hells said, nor what the girl's parents would say to her. People were free to live their own lives, despite the rules that Hells so wanted to enforce. Julius smiled at her, inclined his head, and left without saying a word.

Hells had wanted to hex his backside as he left, but managed to restrain herself. He was foolish to think that this situation had nothing wrong with it. Then again he was a foolish man period. Retrieving the Daily Prophet from the pile on her desk, Hells looked through til she found Gaby's article. Upon finding the piece she was interested in, Hells wrote down the students name. All she had to do now was inform the parents and let them deal with it. She had done what she could this end.
