Cassie strolled casually up and down the bit of corridor she was sure hid the Room of Requirement, imaginaing her old dance studio. Sure enough a door appeared and Cassie slipped inside, letting the door to the castle remain.
She dumped her bag and sat on the ground to lace up her ballet shoes with the blocks. She was wearing one of her leotards which showed off her slender and toned body. Cassie began to stretch, warming up her muscles for the strenuous dance routines she loved to perform.
Cassie began to dance and lost herself in the movement. Repeating the tough spots over and over again striving to reach perfection. Cassie paused and began to practice her turns, getting faster and faster, almost out of control, her loose hair lfew around behind her.

Pandora walked into the room of requirement a large drawing pad in hand, it was one of her favorite places to draw and she had a very important picture in mind one that she planned to display prominently in the Leaky Cauldron when it was done. She had donned regular clothes in place of her school uniform, or at least the dark blue dress with sweeping skirt was normal for her.
Almost immediately she noticed that she was not alone, there was someone dancing in there and the room looked well like something Pandora wasn't at all used to seeing. She watched the dancer for a few moments before noticing something. It was not at all like the way Pandora was used to dancing when the passion seized her, the other girls way seemed more repetitious like she was trying to memorize and perfect a pattern other then simply allowing herself to be carried away by the music either inside of her or the world surrounding.
Pandora rolled her eyes, she was turning dancing into a cage almost the same way balls did and Pandora decided that she couldn't be bothered to care about the other girl and settled down by the wall and began on her drawing.

Cassie whirled to a stop as she saw someone else enter the room and sit down. She looked over and cleared her throat. "I'm sorry but I was kind of practising, privately" Cassie said firmly, taking in the other girl's appearance.

Pandora sighed and looked up from her drawing, "Sorry love but until you rule the world I'm not even obliged to pretend to care." She wasn't going to get up and move because some girl thought that she had soul claim to a room simply because she had thought it up.
She then continued to draw without even waiting for an answer, maybe it would even be better to just ignore the girl entirely she thought as she began the first of the two central figures in her drawing. It was a drawing that would likely only ever have true meaning to her and maybe the one other person that it centered upon and would only be recognizable by few.

Cassie clenched her teeth and her nails bit into her soft palms. "Fine" she muttered. Cassie had had enough of practising anyway and so she decided to dance for her sheer enjoyment. She closed her eyes and started a piece of music quietly. It seem gentle and sedate, but it soon sped up to have a pounding rhythm. Cassie began to dance, not following any set rules, just expressing her love for dancing. she dipped and spiralled, jumped and twisted, her actions growing wilder by the second as she got caught up in the dance as she forgot about the other person being there at all.

Pandora looked up for a moment and a quick smile caught upon her lips replaced and morphed into a smirk. So the other girl wasn't just a spiritless and soulless robot. It gave her an idea for a new picture, she was going to capture the spirit of dance on paper just because she could. She turned flipped the page leaving a lone girl finished and began her dark theme.
She knew that for her the spirit of music and dance would be different then it was for anyone else. Every person took there own experiences into everything and for Pandora it was no different. The dark tones fell across the page in both harmony and discord but it wasn't just random because music and dance in its very nature told a story if one listened too it. A face began to appear within her theme along with the walls and gates and beyond it all endless field of freedom. The face was one she recognized all to well and yet it was not exactly so it was more of a dream of the past melded with the melody of the present.

Cassie finished her dance, slightly out of breath. She grabbed her bottle of water and then made her way towards the girl who seemed to be drawing. "I think we got off on the wrong foot" Cassie started, "I'm Cassie, I was jsut practising some stuff I haven't quite got yet. Are you an artist?" she asked, curious to learn about this other girl.

Pandora looked up form the finished piece of paper, it had been drawn quickly and was in many ways still rough but that was how it was supposed to be. She flipped back to the picture she had been working on before "Depends on your definition of artist." Her eyes met the other girls, she didn't do the whole starting over thing very well but at least she could be polite about the manner "Pandora D'Winter." Her family was prominent in the wizarding world but judging by the surroundings it was probable that the other girl wasn't exactly part of her world at all.

"Nice to meet you" Cassie said, "I draw as well in my free time, mostly dancers" Cassie said, trying to keep the conversation going.

Pandora's stare didn't really stop "Art isn't something to just do in your spare time." She couldn't believe this girl was still talking to her but she had to at least set her straight even if it was just because she didn't feel like being put into a category with her. "It is something you live and breathe." Even when Pandora wasn't drawing part of her was always thinking that way.

"I know what you mean" Cassie responded levelly, "I'm the same with dance. Even though I'm not constantly on my feet, I'm always dancing isnide" she said with a grin.

Pandora shrugged "Whatever love, then why all this." She motioned around the room and rolled her eyes "Whatever why would I even care." She began on the second central picture of her drawing, was this girl just dumb or did she not want to take a hint. Talking to people while she drew never affected the drawing but it still wasn't like she wanted to talk to the happy dancer girl.

Cassie shrugged, not put off by Pandora's curt attitude. "I used to go to a performing arts college and I studied dance for five years" Cassie said. "I used to do art as well but I focused on dancing."

Pandora rolled her eyes, she couldn't believe that this girl didn't understand "Let me put it this way, why the room, the routines, the studying." Pandora had never been taught art, she had just kind of started drawing and it had kind of just gotten too her.

"I'm a ballerina, it's how I train," Cassie said. "I love the technique, precision and detail needed. I also do interpretive and improvisation" Cassie said. "This is normal to me. It's the dance studio from college"
