Cassie shook her head, "Don't be sorry, some of my best work came out of improvising." Cassie said after she had carefully watched Kay. "Do you think you can do that again?" she asked curious. "If you can keep your arms in tighter on the spin and kick your leg up higher, extend your lines and try to keep tension in your body" Cassie said, nodding to show that Kay could start.

"alright then" said Kay. It came to the spin and she tucked her arms in tighter like Cassie said, she noticed that she spinned a lot faster. She then kicked her leg up higher but fell over again as it felt a little weird. "I didn't thinki could get it that high" she said on the floor.

Cassie tried to stifle a giggle but couldn't and she burst out laughing. "I'm sorry" she managed to say. Cassie waited to get herself under control. "Ok, well the spin was great, and just don't kick as high, you really should do some yoga, it helps with your balance." Cassie said. "Like this" she added before doing a handstand and walking a little way. she stood up again and said, "I learned how to do that in yoga."

"Yeah maybe not so high" she said and she watched Cassie, "that's nice. dont worry i will take up yoga" she said, "i did it once with my mum but then i got too busy to carry it on" she said, "and give me a minute and i'll start again it's just i hurt" she told her grimacing.

Cassie smiled sympathetically, then she ahd an idea. She walked over to her bag, grabbed her wand and waved it in Kay's direction as she muttered under her breath. "Feel better?" she asked as she returned her wand to her bag. "I couldn't use it in public but at night I could heal myself. I've gotten pretty good at it" Cassie said smiling, thinking of all the times she would return to her room at night aching all over as every single muscle screamed.

Kayleigh fliched as Cassie spelled her. "Thanks, that's a lot better" she said smiling. "You must have gotten pretty good at it cause you're muscles must have ached like this at the beginnng" she said getting up."I'm now ready for whatever you have to throw at me!" she added enthusiastically.

Cassie laughed. "Well how about I teach you some of the movements often used to put together a ballet performance." Cassie suggested.

"Well as long as you go easy on me, and it isnt too difficult" she told her smiling. It had better be easy, "how long have we been here, it seems quite quick but then long at the same time" she said.

Cassie went and looked at her watch. "Oh! We've been here for nearly two hours" Cassie said. "Maybe we should leave it at that" she suggested, "I'm hugry and I have work to do," she pulled a face. "How about we meet next week, same time same place?" she offered.

"Wow" she said, "time flies quickly" she added. "Er sure i don't think my legs could take much more anyway to be honest" she told her laughing "Definately, i quite enjoy dancing, well when it doesnt hurt" she added jokily. Kayleigh used her wand to change herself back into the outfit she was wearing before. She stopped the music and tidied whatever she could - just to be polite - before she turned to Cassie and said "Well i guess i'll see you around then. Thanks for everything" she finished with a smile before she turned the door knob and walked out of the room of requirement.

"Your welcome, see you soon!" Cassie answered. When Kay had left Cassie took off her ballet shoes and pulled on a ksirt and top, she didn't particularly want to go running around the caslte in a leotard. Waving her wand leisurly behind her back, her hair fell loose of it's ponytail. Cassie smiled, being a dancer was hard work, but magic made everything easier. She gathered up her stuff and left, humming softly to herself.
