She let out a deep gasp of air, her cheeks slightly flushed. She ran a hand through his hair a smirk on her lips.
"Your such a tease Chase." she said repeating the words he had said when they had barely known each other.

"And you love it," Chase said with a grin. He dipped his head, claiming a deeply intense kiss, their close proximity to a 50-foot drop only adding to the sense of danger he could easily come to crave. In this moment, there was nothing but the two of them and the wind threatening to push them over the edge.

She grinned pulling herself to him unaware of how close to the edge they were, her foot moved back slowly only to feel the edge. She pushed him away a bit frowning as she looked down.
"Your willing to save me, but to keep me so close, are you willing to let me fall?" she asked, a gust of wind making her hair blow in her face, as she tightened her grip on Chase. She wasn't afraid of heights, but she didn't fancy dying, not at this age at least.

"I've got you," Chase said, his arms already firm around her, but tightening to keep her from pulling away. His feet were firmly planted, and he hadn't intended on moving, just enjoying the feel of danger. "You won't fall. Trust me." Why did the words sound like they meant so much more, like they represented everything between them?

She sighed looking down not meeting his gaze. She did trust him, but a twinge of guilt still surfaced. She wondered what Dru's reaction would be if she walked to the Quidditch Pit to see them like this, would she cry, she wasn't sure so she looked up to Chase.
"Whats it like to cry, I don't mean tears, but to full out cry yourself to sleep, or even crying for joy, it's so... foreign." she sounded slightly confused, the question was one she always wanted to ask someone, she wasn't sure Chase was the right person, but he was the only person she could really talk to at the moment.

"Why? Do you want to cry like that?" He'd never cried for joy. He'd cried for misery, but it wasn't an experience he'd really like to relive. Chase shifted away from the edge of the stands. There was a fine line sometimes between wondering what it would be like and actually throwing yourself over. Storm's question made Chase wonder which side of the line she was on.

She shook, if t were up to her she would have loved to cry, she's seen girls at it,they get depressed, cry, and then their all happy. However she wasn't sure she could cry, she was forced not to, when she was a child whenever a girl cried, everyone scrutinized her actions, even her own parents.
"It's strange, I can't cry, maybe a few tears here and there, but how do you let it all out?" she looked out in the stands, she wasn't even she she could cry even if she knew she was about to die. She moved away from him, sitting down.

"You're asking the wrong person," Chase said, the words apologetic. He followed Storm, taking a seat between her and the edge. He'd seen people in moods like this and wouldn't risk anything. "Talk to me, Storm. Tell me what's going on." His protective instincts were already hard at work.

She turned to him taking his hand in hers and leaning her head on his shoulder.
"There is this feeling I have." she said her brows creased trying to figure out how to explain things.
"It's like I'm doing everything wrong, but if i do it another way, then I'm depriving myself of what I want, and isn't that wrong too?" she sighed trying to piece together her thoughts, though she was coming up with nothing.

She had to be talking about them, it was the only thing he could think of, but was it really that difficult for her? "All you can do is choose the lesser of two evils, right? If it's worth the consequences, then do it." This is worth the consequences.

She grinned, sure it did apply to her situation with Chase, but also to Emilian, there was a falter in her eyes, however she put on a small smile, her pathetic attempt of a cover up. She twisted her body, seating herself on Chase's lap, then wrapped her arms around his neck her head rested on his chest.
"Kind of like this?" she asked innocently, a playful smile on her lips.

Chase had seen the momentary darkness in Storm's eyes, and he wondered, but would not push just yet. If she wanted him to know, she would tell him. He focused on the soft weight of her and the teasing smile on her lips. "There's nothing evil about this," he said, his lips quirking. "Maybe a little wicked..."

She trailed kisses up his neck to his jaw line, one hand playing with his hair, the other securely wrapped around his neck.
"How about now?" she asked, she was just playing around as she pulled away to get a better look of his face.

"Not even close to being evil," Chase said with a grin. His eyes gleamed with thoughts that probably were pretty close as he brought his mouth to hers. Chase fully intended to kiss whatever she'd been worried about right out of her mind, even if it drove him crazy doing it.

She kissed him back, she parted her lips to deepen the kiss, teasing his lower lip with her tongue. She was sure that she knew what he was thinking, but she would give him that later, she pulled away to take a breath, she was slightly pouting.
"It's not fair you have such an impact on me." she said, though she didn't explain how that worked out, she was sure that she would stutter over her words.
