Storm couldn't sleep, the voices in her mind getting louder , she couldn't fight them, but felt it would be better to go back to the place where they came from. She walked back to the place she attacked Gabby. Her eyes narrowed as they darted from side to side. She finally returned the familiar place only making the voices louder.
"Shut up." she said to herself, as her left eye slightly twitched. She was expecting something to happen, hoped that the voices would stop, but they wouldn't. She tried listening tried to hear what they said, but she couldn't understand. She was going crazy and this fact was not a comfort. A flash of her former self resurfaced in her mind as she staggered back in fear.

Dru had been coming back from a long, intensely aggravating, evening at the club when she saw a familiar shape enter the forest. Her eyes narrowed as she made a mental check of her wand and followed Storm. "You know, they say it's a sign of insanity to talk to yourself," she said, her voice cold and flat. As a matter of fact, the girl looked as though she was going insane, but Dru ignored that idea. She was angry, at everything, and it seemed like it always went back to Chase, which in turn went back to her.

The voice had made her turn with narrowed eyes, she wasn't afraid of who the person was, she was afraid of herself at this point. She was glaring, she felt nothing towards Dru. She was well aware of the wand that was up her sleeve, easier access, and she was positive that Dru hated Storm.
"I never claimed to be sane." she said coldly, the voices in her head seemed to be aimed at Dru now, she could hear a few cursing now.

Dru wanted to cross her arms, but knew that it'd hinder her reach for her wand. "How was your visit with Chase?" she asked, glaring over the rims of her glasses at Storm. She had been hurt because of Chase's refusal to admit what had happened, and now, with Storm there, Dru had somewhere to direct her anger, hurt, and confusion.

She didn't feel any surprise, she knew he would have probably told her. She shrugged, as if they were talking about an everyday topic.
"It was alright, nothing much." she said lightly, she wanted to know how much Chase told Dru, she wasn't going to say anything more than what was known, at least this way she could try to regain his trust.

"Oh, nothing much, right." Because it was nothing to visit the bedside of someone that was taken. Especially when Storm had been with Chase before. It was a little more than nothing. "You really don't know how to stay away, do you?" It wasn't hard to stay away from someone, Dru had done it before. All it took was a little self control, something that it appeared Storm didn't have.

She promised she wouldn't hold back, not caring what she said at this point, but making sure she wouldn't let anything slip.
"Last I checked in Etiquette your supposed to visit a person who's hurt, I went there with the intention of checking up on friends." she spat, she wasn't going to spare anyones feelings not now at least.

"Last I heard about Etiquette you're not supposed go after someone who's taken," Dru spat right back at her. Storm was the last person to tell Dru about Etiquette. Dru hated it, she hated the girl in front of her, it made her so mad to think that just in front of her was the reason, in her mind, that the relationship was rocky. The idea was stupid in a sense, if Dru and Chase had a firm grounding they would have been fine, but it was so easy to blame it all on Storm.

Storm laughed, maybe, but at this point the retort barely registered in her mind. Her eyes shined for a moment a bright silver. Her arm twitched involuntarily towards her wand. She was having a small power struggle in her mind. She wouldn't lose it, not today, never again, or maybe she should, why fight it. St that instance she felt a little bit of her self control drain away. The look in her eyes, was that of a maniac.
"Taken in what sense? I don't see a ring on your finger signaling the none existent love between you two." she tilted her head to the side, some part of her was telling her to stop, to apologize, but that part was weak and distinct.

"I never claimed to love him," Dru said bitterly. That didn't mean it wasn't a sore point for her. "Whether there's a ring or not, there's a such thing as loyalty, perhaps you've heard of it?" She hadn't had a pleasant experience with Storm and loyalty yet. She had thought that Storm had a sense of it in the beginning, but she had been proved wrong pretty quickly.

Storm raised a hand and shook of the comment. Her loyalties lied within her circle, with Pandora, Vanna, even her cousin, but how could she be loyal to Dru? What happened that night wasn't supposed to be, but she couldn't think of it as a mistake.
"Give it up Dru, don't you notice all those times he pulls away, those empty promises, everything that you want you can't have, ever thought that maybe you're fighting a lost battle." it was wrong to say all these things, but the rationale side of her brain was disappearing in a haze, she would be herself for once, the cage that held her back would be none existent.
"I made a mistake, once, but I won't regret a thing Dru, because I'm not going to pull myself away from what I want, and I want you down, I want to watch every second of your pain." she said a sadistic smile on her lips. She wasn't herself anymore, she took a step to the side, her movement animalistic rather than human, she was testing Dru, wanting to see when she would snap.

"Apparently it's not a lost battle, I still have him. I have more of what I want than you do," Dru said, Storm's words hitting her nearly hard enough to make her draw her wand. She glared at Storm, hating her, feeling everything that had gone wrong concentrate on a single point. Her hand twitched, she knew where her wand was, she knew what would make her feel so much better. But no, that was what had gotten Chase in the Hospital wing. She clenched her hand into a fist, the tension showing throughout her body.

Storm was getting to her, she hadn't won Chase, but she was winning now, she wanted Dru to attack, wanted a reason to throw a curse at Dru and this is exactly what she was getting.
"Denial, you keep telling yourself that, but you know it's wrong, I can see it, I can see that there is something in between you two, and it's me, you want me down, come on Dru, I'm right here, no one is watching, you can walk away with me dead tonight, and no one will know it's you." Storm was going crazy, she could taste it, the blood lust evident in her eyes, all she wanted was to have the sweet taste of blood, she had done it before, a family signature, take down the enemy and have a taste of their blood, they weren't vampires, but it was their way of showing strength, their twisted way that is. She took another step to the side, only this one brought her slightly closer to Dru.

Dru's hand twitched again, Storm's words hitting home. There was something, and yes, it was Storm. Storm was the reason Dru couldn't trust Chase. Storm was the one that Chase wanted. Not for the first time Dru wondered if he would have done the same thing had her and Storm's places been switched. But Dru liked to think that she wouldn't have given in to him. "I'm not stupid, why would I ruin my life to kill you?" Her eyes blazed, showing the anger and hurt that had spread through her. A haze stopped her from sensing Storm's apparent insanity, and so she didn't back away or draw her wand, which she probably should have done.

She tapped her finger to her head, mocking Dru, this was too easy, too fun, she hadn't felt this way in a long time, she knew her father would be proud, she would take down anything that stood in her way, and Dru was the biggest obstacle.
"Because you are stupid, naive, blinded by something that does not exist, tell me when Chase touches you, is there no other motivation behind?" she asked, she felt her wand slowly slide down her sleeve she wouldn't attack Dru, not yet at least. The smile on her face frightening, her teeth glinting in the moon light, her skin paler than usual, as her bangs fell to the side of her face.
"Play with me Dru, humor me, I could really use some entertainment." she taunted, beckoning her to pull her wand, if she didn't Storm wouldn't hesitate to send the first spell.
